The Application is provided by fuoco07109, referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
CalcVert 2026 is a calculator and unit converter application. The Application is designed to work without requiring users to create an account, register, or directly provide personal identification data.
However, the Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process certain technical, advertising, diagnostic, and device-related data as described in this Privacy Policy and in Google’s own privacy documentation.
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or in other jurisdictions where data protection laws apply, the Data Controller is:

precise GPS location;

In its current version, CalcVert 2026 does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as:
camera;
microphone;
contacts;
precise location;
photos;

If the Application adds features in the future that require additional permissions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before or when those features become available.
In its current version, CalcVert 2026 does not require users to enable notifications in order to use the main calculator and converter features.
If notification features are added in the future, the Application may request permission to send notifications. Notifications would be used only for app-related information, such as updates, reminders, service messages, or relevant information about the Application.
Users will be able to allow or deny notification permission through their device settings.
The Application uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google may automatically collect and process certain data, including but not limited to:
IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID, where available;
device identifiers or app-related identifiers;
information about interactions with the Application;
information about interactions with advertisements;
diagnostic information;
crash-related or performance-related information;
information used for fraud prevention, security, and ad measurement.
These data may be used by Google for purposes such as:
displaying advertisements;
measuring advertisement performance;
analytics;
preventing fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic;
maintaining the security and reliability of advertising services.
Google may process this information according to its own privacy policies, technologies, and legal terms.
The Application may use the following third-party services:
Google Play Services
Google AdMob
Google User Messaging Platform, used to display and manage privacy consent messages where required by applicable law.
These third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms. Users should review Google’s privacy documentation to understand how Google processes data.
The Application uses Google AdMob to show advertisements.
Depending on your location and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Application uses or may use Google’s consent management tools through Google AdMob Privacy & messaging and Google User Messaging Platform, where required, to display consent messages and manage privacy choices for advertising purposes.
Where consent is required, users may be asked to consent to the use of cookies, local storage, advertising identifiers, or personal data for advertising purposes.
Users may be able to change or withdraw their privacy choices through the Application, where this option is available, or through the privacy settings of their device and Google account.
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar data protection laws apply, personal data may be processed under one or more of the following legal bases:
Consent, where required for personalized advertising, cookies, local storage, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies.
Legitimate interests, where processing is necessary for security, fraud prevention, service maintenance, diagnostics, or basic functionality, provided that such interests are not overridden by the user’s rights and freedoms.
Legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal requests, or regulatory obligations.
Contractual necessity, where processing is necessary to provide the basic functionality of the Application requested by the user.
The Application itself does not use website cookies in the traditional browser sense.
However, Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and related SDKs may use technologies such as:
mobile advertising identifiers;
local storage;
SDK-based tracking technologies;
device or app identifiers;
similar technologies used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service delivery.
Where required by law, user consent will be requested before using non-essential technologies for advertising or similar purposes.
CalcVert 2026 does not collect precise real-time GPS location.
However, Google AdMob or related Google services may process approximate location information derived from technical data such as the device’s IP address.
CalcVert 2026, in its current version, does not use artificial intelligence technologies to process personal data or provide app features.
If AI-based features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features become available.
In its current version, CalcVert 2026 does not require users to create an account and does not process in-app purchases directly.
If account features, subscriptions, premium features, or in-app purchases are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what data is processed, why it is processed, and which third-party services are involved.
The Service Provider does not sell users’ personal data directly.
The Service Provider does not directly share personal identification data such as name, email address, phone number, username, password, payment information, photos, files, or precise location, because the Application does not directly collect such data in its current version.
However, data collected automatically through Google AdMob or related Google services may be processed and shared by Google according to Google’s own policies, technologies, and legal terms.
Data may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, regulation, or a valid request from competent authorities.
Because the Application uses Google services, data processed through Google AdMob or related services may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the user’s country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
Where required by applicable data protection laws, such transfers are subject to appropriate legal mechanisms, safeguards, or contractual terms adopted by Google or the relevant service provider.
The Service Provider does not directly store personal data collected through the Application on its own servers in the current version of CalcVert 2026.
Data processed by Google AdMob or related Google services is retained by Google according to Google’s own privacy policies, retention rules, and legal obligations.
If a user contacts the Service Provider by email, the information provided in that communication may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request, manage follow-up communications, and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable, users may have the following rights:
right of access to personal data;
right to rectification of inaccurate data;
right to erasure of personal data;
right to restriction of processing;
right to data portability;
right to object to processing;
right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, users may contact the Service Provider at:

The Service Provider will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Users in the European Union may also contact their local Data Protection Authority. In Italy, the competent authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Users in the United Kingdom may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If the Application is made available to users in California or in other United States jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws, users may have additional privacy rights, including the right to:
know what categories of personal information are collected;
request access to personal information;
request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
request correction of inaccurate personal information;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable;
limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable;
not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
The Service Provider does not directly sell personal information.
However, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers and related data for advertising purposes. Depending on the applicable law and advertising settings, this may be considered “sharing” or similar processing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where required or supported by applicable United States state privacy laws, the Application may display privacy choices through Google AdMob’s US state regulations messages.
To exercise applicable privacy rights, users may contact:
fuoco07109@gmail.com
Users may also manage advertising preferences through their device settings and Google account settings.
CalcVert 2026 is not specifically directed to children.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. The Application does not require children to create an account, provide a name, provide an email address, submit personal identification data, or make direct contact with the Service Provider.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal data from a child has been collected directly and unlawfully, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal data may contact:
fuoco07109@gmail.com
If the Application is later directed to children or made available in a way that requires additional child privacy compliance, this Privacy Policy and the Application’s advertising settings will be updated accordingly.
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to keep the Application secure and updated.
However, no electronic system, mobile application, SDK, network, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data processed by Google AdMob and related Google services is handled according to Google’s own technical and organizational security measures.
If the Service Provider becomes aware of a personal data breach affecting data under its direct responsibility, the Service Provider will take appropriate measures according to applicable law.
Where required, the Service Provider will notify the competent supervisory authority and affected users within the time limits required by law.
Users can stop all further data collection by the Application by uninstalling CalcVert 2026 from their device.
Users may also manage advertising preferences through:
Android privacy settings;
Android Advertising ID settings;
Google account ad personalization settings;
any consent or privacy options shown inside the Application, where available.
Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information that may have already been processed by Google or other third-party services according to their own policies.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Updates may be necessary if:
the Application changes its features;
new third-party services are added;
Google AdMob settings change;
advertising or analytics tools change;
notification features are added;
account features are added;
in-app purchases or subscriptions are added;
legal requirements change;
