2. Permissions Used & Their Purpose


• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE:


Required to check your network connectivity and provide access to online features such as ads or app updates.


• POST_NOTIFICATIONS:


Allows the app to send useful alerts or updates, such as feature tips or service notices. Users can manage these notifications through their device settings.


• VIBRATE:


Enables vibration feedback during interaction with the calculator or converter interface (e.g., button press).


• com.android.vending.BILLING (In-App Purchases):


Enables in-app purchases such as removing ads or unlocking premium features. All billing transactions are securely handled by Google Play Billing.



3. Advertising & Mediation 


• This app uses third-party ad mediation platforms to serve advertisements, including the Facebook Audience Network. 


• Facebook and other ad partners may collect and use anonymized device-level data (such as IP address, device type, ad ID) to deliver personalized or contextual ads. 


• You can manage or reset your Ad ID from your device’s ad settings. 


• All ads comply with Google Play and data privacy standards, including GDPR where applicable. 



4. GDPR & User Rights 


If you are from the EEA or any region with privacy laws:

We comply with all Google Play policies, including:

Our app is scanned by Play Protect and follows the Developer Program Policies. 



6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions 


a. In-App Purchases 


The app offers optional in-app purchases securely processed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not store or manage any payment or billing information. 


All purchases are subject to the respective App Store's refund and purchase policies. 


Goods or features purchased via IAP: 


• Are virtual in nature 


• Are non-refundable and non-transferable 


• Hold no real-world monetary value 


• Can be modified or revoked by us without notice 


• Cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred outside the app ecosystem 


• Are licensed, not sold, to the user 


If your account is terminated or suspended, you may forfeit any virtual items or credits without compensation. 


 


b. Subscriptions 


Some premium services are available via auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly/monthly/yearly or one-time payments). Subscriptions are: 


• Managed through Google Pay or Apple Pay 


• Renewed automatically unless cancelled 


• Cancelable anytime via your Play Store or App Store account settings 


If you cancel, premium access continues until the end of the billing period. 


No refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law. 


Free Trials 


We may offer time-limited Free Trials for premium features. You must cancel 24 hours before trial ends to avoid auto-renewal. After the trial, you will be automatically charged based on your selected subscription unless cancelled. 


We reserve the right to: 


• Change subscription plans or features 


• Limit multiple free trials per user 


• Modify features to comply with legal or service requirements 


7. Data Security


All processing happens securely within the app. No user data is transferred to our servers or any external storage.



8. User Rights


• You may revoke location or notification permissions via your device settings.


• Uninstalling the app removes all stored preferences and ends all data access.


• No login or user account is required for using this app.



9. Children's Privacy


Our app is not targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.



10. Policy Updates


We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use after updates implies your acceptance.


11.  After Call Popup Feature (Common for All Our Apps)

Some of our apps may include an After Call Popup feature. This feature activates after phone calls to provide quick options such as Add Income, Expense, or other in-app actions.


• Data Collection & Usage:

1 The feature temporarily accesses call status and duration only to trigger the popup.

2 It does not access, collect, or store call logs, phone numbers, or contacts.

3 All data is processed locally on the device and is used only for enabling the feature.


• Permissions Required:

1 The feature requires the "Read Phone State" permission.

2 Users can manage or revoke this permission anytime from device settings, which will disable the popup.


• Data Retention:

1 All temporary call status data is deleted immediately after use.

2 No call-related data is stored or sent to our servers.


• Third-Party Sharing:

1 We do not share any personal call data with third parties.

2 If analytics or ads are integrated, they only process anonymized and non-personal data.


• User Control:

1 Users can stop this feature anytime by revoking the permission or uninstalling the app.


• Security & Updates:

1 We handle all temporary data securely.

2 Any significant changes to this policy will be communicated.

3 Continued use of our apps implies acceptance of the updated terms.

1. License Grant


We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Calculator: Unit Converter app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this EULA.



2. Restrictions


You agree not to:


• Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the app.


• Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.


• Attempt to access, hack, or disrupt the app’s functionality or ads system.



3. Ownership


All rights, title, and interest in and to the app (including code, UI, and branding) are owned by Blackdot Solution. You are not granted any ownership rights under this agreement.



4. Termination


We reserve the right to terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any terms of this EULA or use the app inappropriately.



5. Disclaimer of Warranty


The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app features.



6. Limitation of Liability


In no event shall Blackdot Solution be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.



7. Governing Law


This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
