MD Raju Sarkar (the "Developer") operates the Calculator Hub mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) directly through the App. The App is designed to be used without creating any user account or providing personal details.
A. Local Data Storage
All calculations, history, and user preferences (such as Standard, Scientific, BMI, Age, and Zakat data) are stored locally on your device using an internal database (Room). This data remains exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
B. Third-Party Service Providers
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:
* Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, approximate location, and device technical information to provide relevant ads and perform analytics.
(Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy)
* ExchangeRate-API: Used to provide real-time currency conversion rates. This service does not collect personal user data from the App.
2. Log Data and Diagnostics
In the event of an app error or crash, we may collect technical data (through third-party tools like Google Play Console) called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use of the service.
3. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. While the App itself does not use cookies, third-party SDKs like Google AdMob may use them to serve personalized advertisements.
4. Data Deletion
Since we do not store your data on our servers, you have full control over your data. You can delete your entire calculation history at any time through the App's settings or by uninstalling the App from your device.
5. Security
We value your trust. We use standard industry practices to ensure your local data is protected. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
