Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Cake Slice Sort 3D app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by John Hany (collectively, the "Application"). John Hany is referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. When you download and use the Application, the following information may be collected automatically, mostly by the third-party services listed below:
- Your device's advertising ID and IP address (the IP address may be used to estimate your approximate location)
- Device information, such as your device model and mobile operating system
- How you use the Application, such as levels reached, time spent playing, and features used
- Diagnostic information, such as app performance and error data
- Records of in-app purchases (payments themselves are handled by Google Play)
- If you sign in with Google Play Games: your Play Games player ID and your saved game progress
Your game progress is also stored on your device.
How Information Is Used
The information is used to:
- Run the Application and save and restore your game progress
- Show ads and measure their performance
- Understand how the Application is used and improve it
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Process in-app purchases
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services, which collect and process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob (advertising): shows ads in the Application. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), device information and ad interaction data, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. - Google Analytics for Firebase: collects app usage data (for example levels reached, sessions and purchases made) to help improve the Application. Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Play Games Services: if you sign in with your Play Games profile, your Play Games player ID is used to save your game progress to your Google account, so it can be restored after reinstalling or on a new device. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play Billing: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. The Service Provider does not receive or store your payment details. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity: the game engine used to build the Application. Privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Advertising and Your Choices
In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Application asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. In some US states, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You can change these choices at any time using the "Privacy" button in the Application's Settings.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application and its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, advertising and service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at jojoahny@gmail.com.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. You can opt out using the "Privacy" button in the Application's Settings, or by contacting the Service Provider at jojoahny@gmail.com.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate mechanisms will be used, such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
- Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider's behalf, do not have an independent use of the information, and have agreed to follow the rules set out in this privacy policy
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all further collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
If you signed in with Google Play Games, your cloud-saved game progress stays in your Google account. You can delete it from your Google Play Games settings.
Data Retention and Deletion
The Service Provider retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Automatically collected data: retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required by law
- Aggregated and anonymized data: may be retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you
- Data required for legal compliance: retained as long as required by applicable law
Third-party services retain data according to their own privacy policies.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at jojoahny@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable physical, electronic and procedural measures to protect the information it processes and maintains. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will ask for your consent to material changes before they take effect. Previous versions are available on request at jojoahny@gmail.com.
Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you give that consent by affirmatively opting in, for example through the consent message shown in the Application. You may withdraw consent at any time using the "Privacy" button in the Application's Settings, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
