End User License Agreement (EULA) 

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and the developer of the Aldın Aldın mobile application (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Aldın Aldın application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Introduction

This Agreement governs your use of Aldın Aldın, a mobile application that tracks discounts and provides referral links to popular e-commerce websites.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal purposes on your mobile device, according to the terms of your chosen subscription plan.

3. App Description and Features

Aldın Aldın allows users to:

• Track discounts on popular Turkish e-commerce sites (e.g., Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11)

• Receive notifications for new deals

• Access premium features with subscription (ad-free experience, fastest notifications, most up-to-date discounts)

• Use the app anonymously or via email/password login

• Save or bookmark favorite discounts

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App

• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to bypass subscription limitations

• Abuse referral links or manipulate third-party platforms

5. AI or Generated Content (Not Applicable)

The App does not generate AI content. All content is provided by third-party e-commerce platforms. Users are responsible for following the platforms’ terms.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

The App offers weekly, monthly, and yearly premium subscriptions, which include:

• Ad-free experience

• Discount notifications

• Access to the most up-to-date deals

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees

• Accept that fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or app store policies

• Respect the usage limits of your subscription

7. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your app store account.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (for authentication, notifications, and analytics) and RevenueCat (for subscription management). The App also provides referral links to third-party e-commerce websites. We are not responsible for these external services’ policies, performance, or availability.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

The App may collect:

• Email and password for registered accounts

• Device information (model, OS, identifiers)

• Notification permissions

• Subscription and usage statistics

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as needed for the services above.

10. Content Guidelines

Users must not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content through the app’s feedback or social features (if any)

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service

• Accuracy or availability of discounts on third-party websites

• Compatibility with all devices

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, discounts, or opportunities

• Issues arising from third-party services or websites

14. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 13+. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the App.

15. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws when using the App.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Turkey.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

19. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements.
