End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the individual developer of the AI Image - Restyler application ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the AI Image - Restyler application ("the App"), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.
You agree not to:
Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or hack the App.
Distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
The App may offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features or content. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay the specified fees associated with your selected subscription plan.
Acknowledge that subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or app store policies.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your app store account settings.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that:
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
The App will be free from harmful components or viruses.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be made available within the App or on an official platform. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
