• Partnered closely with the Athletic Director and CFO to support budget reporting, track revenues and expenses, and develop a pricing model for luxury seating as part of the Peden Stadium North Endzone Project.

• Orchestrated logistics for football gameday operations in executive suites for the Athletic Director, University President, and visiting officials, while providing direct support for the Athletic Director’s leadership duties.

• Served as the public address announcer for the Ohio Bobcats baseball team, managing in-game announcements, player walk-ups, promotions, and concession updates.

• Announced for the Ohio Bobcats women’s field hockey team during the Fall 2024 season, eventually continuing with the baseball team starting in February of 2025. 

• Covered local high school football games, collaborating and interviewing players and coaches to tell stories and give insight to the local community about the team’s stories throughout the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

• Created an in-depth article about the team and different players focusing on a specific story angle to be featured in the Football Weekly section of the Newark Advocate each Thursday for subscribers.

• Collaborated with colleagues to bring an engaging experience through a local talk show titled “The Afternoon Huddle,” understanding and discussing local and national sports topics from 3-6 pm on weekdays.

• Prepared and gained knowledge of local high school boys’ basketball teams to provide an in-depth experience for local audiences to understand, while thinking on my toes during broadcast opportunities.

• Cooperated with the Executive Director of the AECOM Center for Sports Administration, Mr. Dell Robinson, in streamlining and simplifying his undergraduate senior classes as a teaching assistant.

• Undertook this role as a recommendation from Mr. Robinson directly, while also assisting in the overall communications plan with other graduate assistants that developed the comprehensive plan.

• Assisted in broadcasting, eventually taking control of broadcast operations in my second year, exercising creative freedom while leading a monthly podcast and developing broadcast advertisements for live streams. 

• Aided the team’s communications and social media strategies while maintaining consistent engagement with fans while supporting sponsorships, marketing, promotions, and operational tasks within the organization.

• Represented the Licking County Settlers and the GLSCL at the American Baseball Coaches Association Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, staffing the league’s booth and engaging with prospective coaches and former players.

• Joined Ohio Bobcat Studios as a student broadcaster at Ohio University, contributing to live broadcasts of Ohio Athletics on YouTube and ESPN3/ESPN+.

• Offered commentary for Ohio University women’s basketball and baseball games, and provided practice commentary for football, men’s basketball, and women’s soccer.

• Produced and gave commentary for various athletic events, including girls’ and boys’ soccer, football, and basketball, establishing a foundation for future student broadcasters.

• Reported for WOUB’s Gridiron Glory, producing game recaps, highlight videos, photography, and live social media coverage of high school football across Southeast Ohio.

• Appeared on-air to deliver post-game reports, providing real-time analysis and engaging storytelling for an engaged regional sports audience.

• Produced multimedia content for WOUB’s Hardwood Heroes, including written articles, video highlights, photography, and in-game statistics covering high school basketball in Southeast Ohio.
