Gary Marcoccia

Gary founded Cabrillo's Certified Personal Training (CPT) program almost two decades ago. This program was the first Career Education program to be offered by Cabrillo's Kinesiology Department. Throughout the years, Gary has been instrumental in securing living-wage employment for hundreds of CPT students, and has exclusively served as the internship coordinator for the program. Gary trains new CPT instructors at the two largest professional CPT issuing organizations in the USA. He also spends two weeks/year training the trainers who work with our Olympians at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
