This page contains our Privacy Policy and instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and personal data. Cab Invoice Services Online built the Cab Invoice Services app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Cab Invoice Services Online and is intended for use "as is."
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
For a better experience while using our Service, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. We collect this data strictly to provide the app's core functionality (generating and saving cab invoices).
Account Information: We collect your Email Address and a Password to create your account and authenticate your logins.
Invoice Data: We collect the names, phone numbers, and addresses (of both the operator and the customers) that you type into the app.
Your account details and invoice history are transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored in Google Firebase Firestore cloud servers. This allows you to sync your invoices across devices. Your data is isolated to your account and is never shared with or sold to third-party advertisers.
Images: You can select a Company Logo and Signature from your device. These images are processed locally to generate your PDFs. We do not upload your device's photo gallery to our servers.
Storage: To download PDFs, the app writes files directly to your device's local Downloads folder.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, in accordance with their own privacy policies:
We give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use [Your App Name], you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data from our servers.

Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request - Cab Invoice Services"
Email Body: Please explicitly state that you want your account deleted and include the exact Email Address you used to log in to the app.
Processing Time: We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 14 days of receiving your email.
Data Deleted: Your authentication account, login credentials, company profile settings, and your entire saved invoice history will be permanently and irreversibly erased from our cloud database.
Data Kept: We do not retain any of your personal data on our servers after deletion.
Note regarding local files: Any PDF invoices you have previously downloaded to your physical device's Downloads folder will remain on your device. You must manually delete those files from your phone's file manager if you no longer want them.
