Our core philosophy is simple: Your data belongs to you. We build tools designed to empower you, and we believe privacy is a fundamental right.
We do not collect, store, track, or transmit your personal data, usage habits, or media to any external servers.
On-Device Processing: Any algorithmic processing, AI analysis, or sensor utilization (such as the camera or LiDAR) happens entirely locally on your device.
No Accounts Required: We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in to use our core features.
Any data generated by the App (such as saved logs, history, or app preferences) is stored locally on your device. If the App supports synchronization across multiple devices, it securely utilizes your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
To provide specific features, the App may request access to device hardware or Apple APIs. These may include, but are not limited to:
Camera & Sensors: Used strictly in real-time for processing. Video feeds, images, and depth maps are never secretly recorded or uploaded.
Location (GPS): If you choose to tag logs or exports with your location, it is stamped locally on your device. We do not track your location.
Photo Library & Files: If you save a report or export a file, the App requires permission to write to your local storage.
HealthKit: (For relevant wellness apps) Any health data read or written is kept strictly on your device and encrypted by Apple.
You can revoke these permissions at any time via your iOS device Settings.
If the App offers premium features (e.g., a "Pro" tier) via in-app purchases or subscriptions, the transaction is handled entirely and securely by Apple (App Store). We do not process, collect, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or financial details. We may use anonymous receipt validation services (such as RevenueCat) solely to verify your active subscription status, which is not tied to your personal identity.
No Advertisements: We do not display third-party advertisements in our apps.
No Data Brokers: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to analytics firms, data brokers, or third parties.
Our applications do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). Because our apps operate without collecting user data, they can be safely used without the risk of data harvesting.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as we release new apps or add features. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.
