Thanks for the updated information. I have a question that I was unable to get clear on when reading your information. I have my c25k schedule set but I travel and I do include doing my runs when I'm traveling. I got into a snag when I was flying home, I would get home in time to do my run for day one of week 8 but my flight got changed(in a good way) and I won't be home in time to do my run . I don't want to adjust my week 8 runs accordingly because the schedule has worked extremely well for me. (sun-day one, tue-day two, thur-day three)Can that day run be skipped?
