Avenor Games ("Developer", "We", "Our") built the Byte Survivor mobile app ("Game", "Service")
as an Ad-Supported and Free game. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for
use as is.
This page is used to inform players regarding our policies with the collection, use, and
disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. By using the Game,
you agree to the processing of data in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
Our application does not directly request or store personal information such as your name, surname, phone number, or email address on our servers. However, the app uses third-party services (advertising SDKs) to improve the gaming experience and serve in-game ads (video, interstitial, etc.).
These third-party tools may automatically collect information such as your device identifiers, IP address (which may be used to determine your approximate location), device model, operating system version, and advertising-related or ad interaction data.

Unity Ads: Unity Ads may access standard device and advertising-related information for purposes such as ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and service reliability. Unity Ads may use this information to provide and measure advertisements, subject to applicable privacy settings and laws.

Information collected by third-party advertising services may be transmitted to those providers for the purposes described above. The Developer does not directly sell personal information.
3. Diagnostics
The Game uses Unity Ads, which may collect technical diagnostic information necessary for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and service reliability. This information may include device type, operating system version, IP address, and technical information related to the operation of the advertising service.
The Developer does not directly collect or store crash logs.
4. Children's Privacy
Byte Survivor is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected through our Service, we will take appropriate steps to address the situation and request deletion of such information from the relevant third-party systems where applicable.
5. Security
We value your trust; therefore, we work with established third-party service providers that provide privacy and compliance tools designed to support applicable privacy requirements.

For data collected and processed by Unity Ads, users can manage their privacy choices and request data deletion through the privacy controls provided by Unity Ads. These controls may be available through the Unity Data Privacy icon displayed during advertisements.
