More specifically, Byte Bloom Studio has NO reports/information in this context due to the non-variety of your personal information and the non-availability of the websites you visit or data stored on or transmitted from your device:

• We are unaware of which user ever used a particular application, website, or service.

• We have no knowledge of user activity linked to our app and associated actions.

• We lack knowledge of any user's personal information.

Should anyone seek access to or attempt to compel Byte Bloom Studio to disclose user information based on the above, we cannot provide such information as the data does not exist.

We use the user's current location in our mapping, navigation, and location service apps for the following purposes:

• To share the user's current location through their messaging apps.

• To determine the user's optimal route from the current location to the destination.

• To identify nearby places (e.g., Hotels, Fuel Stations, ATMs, Banks, etc.) in proximity to the user's current location.

We neither retain nor share the user's current location, route, or any other sensitive information.

Text Messaging

We request access to user text messages solely for the purpose of app notifications, alerts, or verification messages sent by our server for user convenience. We don't store, transfer, or share your text messages.

Camera

We request access to the user's camera for capturing photos and videos. We don't store, share, or transmit your photos and videos.

Contacts

We request access to user contacts for app-specific usage only. We neither store nor share or transmit user contact information.

Storage

We request access to the user's storage for the following purposes:

1. To access data within the app related to the app itself, such as images, text, audio, and videos. We don't store, share, or transmit user app data.

2. To save user-generated data on the SD card or online storage of the user's device.

We neither retain nor share or transmit user data.

Calendar Events

We request access to the user's calendar events to remind users of upcoming events. We don't store or share user calendar events.

We ensure that our ad targeting does not rely on personal information. Even if you opt for free app services, we do not share your personal information or any user data with advertisers without your prior consent.

However, these advertising partners may establish and access their own

cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies within our services, potentially collecting or accessing information about you over time and across different online services.


JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Protecting your data privacy is central to our mission. In alignment with this mission, Byte Bloom Studio's registered business environment is in Pakistan, where data protection regulations have been incorporated.

Pakistan does not have specific data retention laws and no provisions related to e-discovery or disclosure to new law enforcement agencies. Disclosure of personal information may adhere to this Privacy Policy.

In case required by new law enforcement agencies, Byte Bloom Studio will provide encrypted user data only upon a valid request, court order, or legal directive, which will be served in compliance with the Rules of the Court of Pakistan.
