If you want a tiny, lightweight earbud with stated sound isolation for exercise, choose BYDGUMEI Sleep Earplugs Mini; if you need the longer stated battery life and newer Bluetooth version for exercise, choose AIKESI 2026. BYDGUMEI’s listed features give it the clearer case for a close, compact fit, while AIKESI’s 48-hour battery figure is its standout advantage.
BYDGUMEI Sleep Earplugs Mini vs AIKESI 2026 at a Glance
• BYDGUMEI strength: Each earbud is listed at 2.7 grams, with up to 24 dB of sound isolation; trade-off: its stated average battery life is four hours.
• AIKESI strength: Its listed average battery life is 48 hours, and it uses Bluetooth 6.0; trade-off: noise control is listed as none.
• BYDGUMEI is for: People who prioritize a very small earbud and some stated passive sound isolation.
• AIKESI is for: People who prioritize the longer stated battery life and Bluetooth 6.0.
• For exercise, neither sheet lists a transparency mode or detailed workout-focused controls, so those needs are not established by the available specifications.
BYDGUMEI’s main appeal is its compact, lightweight design. Each earbud is listed as weighing 2.7 grams, and the product is described as suitable for small ears and side sleeping. Those details point toward someone who wants a discreet in-ear option for bed, a commute, or casual listening rather than a large headphone. The product also includes in-ear test earbuds, which may help a buyer consider fit before settling into regular use.
That makes BYDGUMEI the more clearly specified choice for someone trying to reduce surrounding noise without relying on an advertised electronic noise-control mode. It is also described as sweat-proof, rain-proof, and moisture-proof, though the sheet does not provide a formal rating or explain limits. Bluetooth 5.4 is cited in the feature description, while another product-information field says Bluetooth 5.3; that inconsistency means I would not treat the exact version as settled.
For exercise, the small in-ear format and moisture-related claims may sound appealing for light activity, but the product information does not say how securely the earbuds stay in during running or other vigorous movement. Its stated average battery life is four hours, so it is a less compelling fit for long sessions or frequent use without charging. It includes a charging case and USB-C charging cable, but no battery capacity or charging-time figure is provided.
How We Research
We compare products from their published specs and features; the verdicts below are our independent editorial opinions.
Updated: 2026-10-23 · 7 min read · Independent comparison
AIKESI’s clearest advantage is its stated 48-hour average battery life. Compared with BYDGUMEI’s four-hour figure, that is a substantial difference on paper and may suit someone who wants to charge less often. The product is also described as tiny and comfortable for side sleepers, with a nude color and Bluetooth 6.0 listed. Its intended use includes sleeping, working, and hiking, giving it a broader stated range of everyday situations.
That longer battery figure does not tell the whole story. The sheet does not specify whether 48 hours means playback across repeated charges with the case or continuous listening from the earbuds. It also lists noise control as none. A buyer who wants the earbuds to reduce surrounding sound should not read the sleep-oriented design as proof of noise isolation or active noise cancellation. No isolation figure, earbud weight, or detailed fit measurements are supplied.
For exercise, the hiking reference suggests outdoor use is within the product’s stated use cases, but it does not establish suitability for every workout. There is no stated water-resistance rating, workout-stability feature, or transparency mode. Bluetooth 6.0 and the long battery-life claim may make AIKESI interesting for extended listening, but the sheet does not explain audio performance or call quality.
Who should skip it: Skip AIKESI if you specifically want stated noise isolation or need documented sweat and rain protection for exercise.
• Best for a very light listed earbud → BYDGUMEI Sleep Earplugs Mini. Each earbud is listed at 2.7 grams; AIKESI’s sheet gives an overall item weight of 50 grams, not an individual earbud weight.
• Best for stated battery life → AIKESI 2026. Its average battery life is listed as 48 hours, while BYDGUMEI’s is four hours.
• Best for stated sound isolation → BYDGUMEI Sleep Earplugs Mini. Its sheet specifies up to 24 dB of external-noise reduction; AIKESI lists no noise control.
• Best for Bluetooth version information → AIKESI 2026. Bluetooth 6.0 is listed in its product details. BYDGUMEI’s sheet conflicts between Bluetooth 5.4 and 5.3.
• Best for a buyer focused on side sleeping → Neither is an automatic winner. Both are described as suitable for side sleepers, but neither sheet gives comparative pressure or fit measurements.
• Best for exercise when moisture protection matters → BYDGUMEI, with a caveat. It is described as sweat-proof and rain-proof, but no formal protection rating or exercise-fit detail is provided.
• Best for hiking as a stated use → AIKESI 2026. Hiking is named in its product description, though specific outdoor or workout features are not explained.
• Best for transparency mode headphones for exercise → Neither, based on the listed features. Neither product sheet identifies a transparency mode.
• Best for deep bass on ear headphones for exercise → Neither is supported by the specifications. Both are in-ear designs, and neither sheet provides sound-signature or bass information.
• Best for touch control in ear headphones for exercise → Neither is clearly specified. BYDGUMEI lists app control and push-button control; AIKESI’s sheet does not describe its control method.
Buying Considerations
The battery figures also deserve careful reading. Four hours for BYDGUMEI and 48 hours for AIKESI are listed as average battery life, but the sheets do not explain test conditions or whether the longer figure includes charging from a case. If you listen in short periods, the difference may matter less than fit and noise control. If you want long stretches between charging, AIKESI’s stated figure is the stronger one, with that measurement caveat in mind.
Control and listening preferences may settle the choice. BYDGUMEI’s product information mentions app control and push-button control, while AIKESI’s sheet does not say what control method it uses. Neither provides a transparency-mode specification, audio-frequency details, or a bass description. If you need to hear surrounding activity while exercising, or want a particular sound profile, these sheets do not establish which product will meet that need.
Finally, check the current price on Amazon using the page’s button if value is part of your decision. I would compare that with the features you will actually use rather than treating either battery claim or Bluetooth version as a guarantee of better sound. Fit, noise needs, and the level of exercise you have in mind are the more practical deciding points here.
In my opinion, I would choose BYDGUMEI Sleep Earplugs Mini for light exercise and everyday wear if compact size and stated sound isolation matter most. Its 2.7-gram earbud weight and moisture-related claims give it the more useful documented case for that role, though its four-hour battery life is a real limitation.
For longer listening between charges, I would choose AIKESI 2026 instead. Its listed 48-hour battery life is the clearest advantage in this comparison, but it offers no stated noise control. Neither product sheet confirms a transparency mode or a secure fit for vigorous exercise.
BYDGUMEI lists sweat-proof and rain-proof construction, while AIKESI names hiking as an intended use. Neither sheet provides a formal water-resistance rating or confirms a secure fit for vigorous exercise, so the better choice depends on which documented feature matters more to you.
Neither product sheet lists a transparency mode. If hearing surrounding sounds during exercise is essential, the available specifications do not confirm that either one provides it.
AIKESI lists an average battery life of 48 hours; BYDGUMEI lists four hours. The sheets do not clarify whether AIKESI’s figure includes charging from a case, so the two numbers may not describe the same listening conditions.
BYDGUMEI specifies sound isolation of up to 24 dB. AIKESI lists no noise control, so BYDGUMEI is the more clearly documented option for reducing surrounding noise, though the figure alone does not describe every listening situation.
