The First Bulgarian Workshop in Probabilistic and Extremal Combinatorics will take place in August 2026. The main purpose of the workshop is for the participants to collaborate on open problems in the area of probabilistic and extremal combinatorics in small groups (4-5 people). A summer school for Bulgarian students aged 13-16 will take place in parallel, and some of the workshop attendees will also deliver outreach lectures and take part in activities related to the school. The workshop is invitation based.

The workshop will be held at the base of the "Minu Balkanski" Foundation in Oryahovitsa, Stara Zagora region, Bulgaria.

The best way to reach Oryahovitsa is to first get to the nearby city of Stara Zagora (reachable by train or bus), and then travel to Oryahovitsa by bus or taxi. Each of the organizers will lead a group from one of the large Bulgarian cities with airports (Sofia, Varna, and Plovdiv).
