Through co-founding Repère, S.A., was first American living in France to bring the communications technique of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to Europe. Today more than 330 French companies teach NLP.
Conceived, designed and taught 24-day Practitioner and Master Practitioner Programs in French for more than 6600 students.
Designed and taught Coaching Certification program.
Coached in leadership development programs for Siemens, European Investment Bank, Lufthansa, BMW/British Rover, Hewlett-Packard, among others.
Created programs for recruitment, high-performance management, inter-cultural communication and management.
Designed and taught in-house programs for French companies such as Apple Computers, Sodexho, Castorama, Thomson Electronics, Laboratoires Glaxo, Michelin, and the Ministère de la Recherche.
Integrated the different schools of NLP, i.e. John Grinder, Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts, Leslie Cameron-Bandler into a coherent international program.

INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION: Have attended state of the art courses at the Intercultural Communication Institute, Portland, OR, in 1989. Member of SEITAR, and other organizations such as the American Counseling Association, the North American Association for NLP, and the Association for NLP in England. Was founding member of the French Association for NLP, and have lectured and written widely on intercultural communication issues and interventions. Have served as trainer for health and business professionals in France, England, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Russia, and Indonesia in addition to the US and Canada.
PSYCHOLOGY: My training in neuro-linguistic programming have included apprenticeships with Leslie Cameron-Bandler and Lynne Conwell, with emphasis on advanced training in meta programming and hypnosis; and a partnership with John Grinder oriented toward creating new models of NLP training. Professional memberships have included Association for Humanistic Psychology, Association for Transpersonal Psychology, Society for the Scientific Study of Sex, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Founding fellow of the French Association for NLP. Fellow of International Association for NLP.
THE ARTS: Play several instruments, have lectured at colleges on ethnomusicology, have thorough working knowledge of stage, television, film and music production.
COGNITIVE SCIENCES, NEURO-BIOLOGY AND MEDICINE: As North Carolina Science Talent Search and Westinghouse Science Talent Search winner, I worked as a researcher in marine biology for Haskins Laboratories in New York; subsequently publishing in the Annals of the American Littoral Society. Have reported on a wide range of scientific topics including neuro-computing, psycho-neuro-immunology, and medicine.
