When ordering your currency online you will be able to select the date that you would like to have your currency delivered to your home. Next working day delivery is available on all currencies but we must receive your payment by 3pm. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to bring your order safely and securely to your front door. Orders over Â600 are delivered free. For orders between Â500-599 there is a Â2.99 delivery charge, for orders between Â300-499 it's Â4.99 and for orders of Â100-299 it's Â7.49. The minimum order value for home delivery is Â100.
You can choose to collect your order at any Travelex store within the UK. When ordering your currency online you will be able to select the date that you would like to collect it from one of our stores. The time period between ordering and collecting currencies depends on the specific currency ordered and the collection location selected. When you collect your order you will need to provide the credit or debit card that you used to pay for your order online, as well as either a full UK photographic driving licence, passport, or EU ID card (we do not accept provisional driving licences).
Reserve your currency online for collection from either of our two London branches: Canary Wharf or London Bridge. By reserving online you'll get the best exchange rate as store rates may differ if you don't order online in advance. Euros and US dollars are available to collect 30 minutes after placing your order. Other currencies are available from 3pm if your order online by 9am and orders placed after 9am will be available the following working day from 3pm*.
You can order your currency online for secure and insured home delivery: the minimum order value is Â250 and the maximum is Â2,500.
