Socks that have been tried on or shoe care items that have been opened are not eligible to be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50. We also offer free return shipping for items valued at $80 or more - including footwear, jackets, bags, and belts - shipped within the contiguous U.S. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

1. To start the return process, click here and follow the instructions to print the applicable free ASICS return shipping label to return your items in their original condition. Please note that there is a separate process for returns of ASICS store-purchased merchandise that is being returned online.
You will need your order confirmation number to start the return process, which can be found on your order confirmation email or ASICS store receipt. You can also request a free shipping label from Customer Care by emailing customercare-us@asics.com or by calling (855)-233-3120. The cost of shipping for your return is included when you use the ASICS return label.
ASOS offers free shipping on orders of $40 or more. In the U.S., your order will have a prepaid USPS return label included. Return your items within 28 days of the date you received the order, and you qualify for a refund. See ASOS returns policy here.
Free People stores will gladly accept returns of items purchased on freepeople.com and items purchased from our Free People stores. Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.
Beauty and Wellness products can only be returned to stores which carry Beauty and Wellness products. Items must be unopened and unused in order to accept the return. See our Store Locator to find a Beauty and Wellness store near you. Just look for the lipstick icon indicating the location is a Beauty and Wellness store.
Items purchased in a Free People store must be returned to a Free People store. Items must include the attached Free People price tickets and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt.
Your original form of payment will be refunded for items returned to a Free People store within 30 days of purchase. If returned after 30 days, a Free People merchandise credit card will be issued.
Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit card.
Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited. Orders placed online with PayPal cannot be returned in-store for credit on the original form of payment. The store can provide a gift card, or customers can make returns via the free shipping label.

We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders over $75 to the 48 contiguous United States. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska we ship using UPS 2nd Day (actual delivery time may vary depending on zip code) for a flat shipping cost of $40 USD. We offer free returns for purchases returned within 30 days of purchase/order. In order to qualify, we need your return to be dropped off with the carrier within/at the 30 day mark. Simply send the boots back to us in their original unworn condition (when you try them on, please do it on carpet). The boots must be in the original shoe box, and shipping carton and we will refund you the original purchase price. If items are returned damaged or worn, they are subject to be sent back with no refund provided.

Enter your order number and email address to pull up your return information. Follow the remaining prompts to process your return. Once you receive a shipping label, please ship the order back to us within 14 days of requesting the return. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods. If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order 1 to 3 days after the shoes you're returning are scanned by the carrier. You can drop off your return at any USPS location within 14 days. Pro Tip: An exchange request does not hold inventory so to guarantee you receive the desired pair of Birdies we suggest you return and repurchase the item you want.
If you're outside the 30-day window but your Birdies are unworn and you would like more information about returning or exchanging them, please reach out to us at help@birdies.com with photos of your shoes.
Please note: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Monogrammed Birdies are also final sale due to their customized nature, and we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there is a product defect.
If your shoes came in a dust bag, it must be sent back with the return. Total refund will be deducted if it is not included with your return.
We offer returns on all items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return shipping and handling is $20.00 USD (via Canada Post) and will be deducted from your refund to cover costs. At this time, we do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders and ask you to return the order for a refund.
