Please note that APMEX can only process Same-Day bank wires. Many banks offer Next Day, 2-day and 3-day wires with bank reduced fees, which makes selecting those very appealing. Even if you provided the correct information to your bank to wire APMEX but chose a wire other than a Same-Day wire, we would have no visibility to your wire to inform you it is not correct or to reject it so you can try again.

The holding period ensures the bank can notify us of a problem with the payment before the order ships. Additional holding days may be added if your bank delays confirmation of your check payment. To avoid the payment holding period, and utilize our cash discount, you may consider paying by same day bank wire.
An eCheck allows you to quickly place orders with APMEX. eChecks are processed either the same day or the following business day. Your order is held for (4) four to (5) five business days after payment is processed before shipping.
If you wish to pay for your order by bank wire, select bank wire as your payment method in the checkout and submit your order. The bank wire payment transaction is not part of the ordering process. You will wire the payment after the order is placed. After an order is confirmed, items can not be added or removed. Please understand this is unique to precious metals and is a result of the prices of items changing minute to minute due to the market. In some instances, we can place an additional order that may or may not meet our order limits and include it with the initial order. Removing items from a confirmed order may require a requote or market loss.
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. During and around holidays and in times of increased demand, orders may take longer to process for shipping. If the instance that your order will be delayed in shipping, a notice will be sent.

We ask that you refuse any shipment that appears to be tampered with or damaged. Having a lost package can be a stressful experience. Even if they are delayed, most packages show up within 5-7 days. On this rare occasion that a package is not delivered after 7 days, we appreciate your patience as we seek a resolution. Many times it is as simple as contacting the carrier for an investigation and oftentimes packages are found and delivered quickly. If a package is deemed to be lost, we must conduct an investigation of the shipment before a refund or reshipment can be processed.
