In short: the developer collects no personal data from you. There is no server of ours for your records; the income, expense, overtime and investment records you enter stay on your own device. The app connects to the internet only to buy and verify subscriptions through Google Play or the App Store, to look for updates, and — in the Turkey region only — to download current market prices. Nothing from your records is sent.
Data collected
None by the developer. There is no account system, analytics tool, ad network or crash reporting service. You don't need to create an account, give an email address or sign in to use the app.
Where your data is stored
Your ledgers, income and expense items, overtime and investment records and settings are kept in your device's own storage. Nobody, including the developer, can access them.
• Automatic backups. To keep your data from being lost, the app makes a copy on the device once a day and before actions that replace all data. These copies also stay only on your device, in the app's own folder.
• Backup file and Excel export. You decide where to save, and whom to share, the backup (JSON) or transaction list (CSV) file you create in Settings › Backup.
• Android backup. If Android's automatic backup is turned on, app data may be backed up to your Google account as part of the device backup. That backup is subject to Google's privacy policy and can be turned off in device settings.
• iCloud backup. On iPhone, if iCloud Backup is turned on, app data may be backed up to your iCloud account as part of the device backup. That backup is subject to Apple's privacy policy and can be turned off in iPhone settings.
Internet connections
(1) Market prices (Turkey region only). When the Investments screen is open, current prices are downloaded from public price services: currencies and gold from finans.truncgil.com, Borsa Istanbul and US stocks from Yahoo Finance, cryptocurrencies from Binance. No information is sent with currency and gold requests. For stock and crypto prices only the asset's code (e.g. THYAO, AAPL, BTC) is sent; no quantity, purchase price or other record is sent. As with any internet request, these services can see the requesting IP address and which code was asked for; this is subject to their own policies. Outside the Turkey region, or if investment tracking is turned off, these requests are never made.
(2) Google Play and the App Store. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled entirely by Google Play on Android and by the App Store on iPhone, and are subject to Google's or Apple's privacy policy. The app asks the store only two things: "does this account have a valid subscription?" and "is there a newer version of the app?". Your payment and card details are not shared with the developer; the store reports sales records (order number, country, amount) to the developer through its own console.
(3) Purchase verification. To check that a subscription was really purchased, the app sends the purchase code issued by the store (on Android the Google Play purchase token and a Play Integrity token, on iPhone the App Store transaction ID) to the developer's verification server running on Cloudflare. The server asks Google or Apple about that code and returns only "is it valid, and when does it end" to the app. These codes don't contain your name, email address or card details and are not stored on the server; nothing from your records is sent. As with any internet request, Cloudflare can see the requesting IP address; this is subject to Cloudflare's own policy. If you haven't bought a subscription, this request is not made.
Notifications and app lock
• Payment reminders are scheduled and shown on the device; no server is used. They are off by default; notification permission is requested when you turn them on.
• The PIN you set for the app lock is not stored; only a one-way value derived from it is kept on the device.
Permissions
On Android:
• Internet and network state — for Google Play, purchase verification and, in the Turkey region, market prices.
• Google Play billing — for subscription purchases.
• Show notifications — requested only if you turn on payment reminders.
• Run at startup and keep awake — so scheduled reminders aren't lost when the phone restarts.
On iPhone only notification permission is requested, and only if you turn on payment reminders.
Feedback and ratings
• Send feedback (Settings › Support) opens your email app with a prepared message. If you choose to send it, your message, your email address and the app version reach the developer and are used only to reply to you. Nothing is sent if you don't send it.
• Ratings are made through Google Play's or the App Store's own window; your rating and review are subject to the store's policy and are not visible to the app.
Ads and tracking
No ads are shown. User behaviour is not tracked. No cookies, advertising ID or fingerprinting is used.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children either. It is not directed at children under 13.
Deleting your data
Settings › Delete all data removes all records from the device, including automatic backups. Uninstalling the app has the same effect. As the developer holds no copy to delete, you don't need to send a separate request. You can manage your subscription on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, and on iPhone in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above is renewed and the current text is published at the same address.

Kısaca: Geliştirici sizden hiçbir kişisel veri toplamıyor. Kayıtlarınız için bizim bir sunucumuz yok; girdiğiniz gelir, gider, mesai ve yatırım kayıtları yalnızca kendi cihazınızda kalıyor. Uygulama yalnızca güncel piyasa fiyatlarını (döviz, altın, hisse, kripto) indirmek ve aboneliği Google Play ya da App Store üzerinden satın alıp doğrulamak, güncellemeleri denetlemek için internete bağlanıyor. Kayıtlarınızdan hiçbir şey gönderilmiyor; hisse ve kripto fiyatı istenirken yalnızca o varlığın kodu gidiyor.
Toplanan veriler
Geliştirici tarafından hiçbiri. Hesap sistemi, analiz aracı, reklam ağı ya da çökme raporlama servisi yok. Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap açmanız, e-posta vermeniz ya da giriş yapmanız gerekmiyor.
Verileriniz nerede duruyor
Defterleriniz, gelir ve gider kalemleriniz, mesai ve yatırım kayıtlarınız ve ayarlarınız cihazınızın kendi depolama alanında tutulur. Geliştirici dahil kimse bunlara erişemez.
• Otomatik yedekler. Uygulama, verileriniz kaybolmasın diye günde bir kez ve verinin tamamını değiştiren işlemlerden önce cihazda bir kopya alır. Bu kopyalar da yalnızca cihazınızda, uygulamanın kendi klasöründe durur.
• Yedek dosyası ve Excel aktarımı. Ayarlar › Yedekleme'den aldığınız yedek (JSON) ya da hareket listesi (CSV) dosyasını nereye kaydedeceğinize ve kiminle paylaşacağınıza siz karar verirsiniz.
• Android yedeklemesi. Android'in otomatik yedekleme özelliği açıksa, uygulama verisi cihaz yedeğinin parçası olarak sizin Google hesabınıza yedeklenebilir. Bu yedek Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir ve cihaz ayarlarından kapatılabilir.
• iCloud yedeklemesi. iPhone'da iCloud Yedekleme açıksa, uygulama verisi cihaz yedeğinin parçası olarak sizin iCloud hesabınıza yedeklenebilir. Bu yedek Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir ve iPhone ayarlarından kapatılabilir.
İnternet bağlantıları
(1) Piyasa fiyatları. Yatırım ekranı açıldığında güncel fiyatlar herkese açık fiyat servislerinden indirilir: döviz ve altın finans.truncgil.com'dan, Borsa İstanbul ve ABD hisseleri Yahoo Finance'ten, kripto paralar Binance'ten. Döviz ve altın isteğinde hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez. Hisse ve kripto fiyatı istenirken yalnızca o varlığın kodu (örneğin THYAO, AAPL, BTC) gönderilir; miktar, alış fiyatı ya da başka bir kaydınız gönderilmez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi bu servisler, isteğin geldiği IP adresini ve hangi kodun sorulduğunu görebilir; bu bilgiler o servislerin kendi politikalarına tabidir. Yatırım takibini Ayarlar'dan kapatırsanız bu istekler hiç yapılmaz.
(2) Google Play ve App Store. Abonelik satın alma, yenileme, iptal ve iade işlemleri Android'de tamamen Google Play, iPhone'da tamamen App Store üzerinden yürür ve Google'ın ya da Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Uygulama mağazaya yalnızca iki şey sorar: "bu hesabın geçerli aboneliği var mı?" ve "uygulamanın daha yeni bir sürümü var mı?" (Ayarlar'daki Güncelle düğmesi için). Ödeme ve kart bilgileriniz geliştiriciyle paylaşılmaz; mağaza, satış kayıtlarını (sipariş numarası, ülke, tutar) geliştiriciye kendi paneli üzerinden raporlar.
(3) Satın alma doğrulaması. Aboneliğin gerçekten satın alındığını denetlemek için uygulama, mağazanın verdiği satın alma kodunu (Android'de Google Play satın alma kodu ve Play Integrity jetonu, iPhone'da App Store işlem numarası) geliştiricinin Cloudflare üzerinde çalışan doğrulama sunucusuna gönderir. Sunucu bu kodu Google'a ya da Apple'a sorar ve uygulamaya yalnızca "geçerli mi, ne zaman bitiyor" cevabını döner. Bu kodlar adınızı, e-posta adresinizi ya da kart bilginizi içermez ve sunucuda saklanmaz; kayıtlarınızdan hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi Cloudflare isteğin geldiği IP adresini görebilir; bu bilgi Cloudflare'in kendi politikasına tabidir. Abonelik satın almadıysanız bu istek yapılmaz.
Bildirimler ve uygulama kilidi
• Ödeme hatırlatıcıları cihazda kurulur ve cihazda gösterilir; bunun için hiçbir sunucu kullanılmaz. Varsayılan olarak kapalıdır, açtığınızda bildirim izni istenir.
• Uygulama kilidi için belirlediğiniz PIN'in kendisi saklanmaz; cihazda yalnızca ondan türetilmiş, geri çevrilemeyen bir değer tutulur.
İzinler
Android'de:
• İnternet ve ağ durumu — piyasa fiyatları, Google Play ve satın alma doğrulaması için.
• Google Play faturalandırma — abonelik satın alma için.
• Bildirim gösterme — yalnızca ödeme hatırlatıcılarını açarsanız istenir.
• Açılışta çalışma ve uyanık tutma — telefon yeniden başladığında kurulu hatırlatıcıların kaybolmaması için.
iPhone'da yalnızca bildirim izni istenir; o da ödeme hatırlatıcılarını açarsanız.
Görüş bildirme ve değerlendirme
• Görüş ve istek bildir (Ayarlar › Destek) telefonunuzdaki e-posta uygulamasını hazır bir mesajla açar. Göndermeyi seçerseniz mesajınız, e-posta adresiniz ve uygulamanın sürümü geliştiriciye ulaşır; yalnızca size cevap vermek için kullanılır. Göndermezseniz hiçbir şey gitmez.
• Değerlendirme Google Play'in ya da App Store'un kendi penceresiyle yapılır; verdiğiniz puan ve yorum mağazanın politikasına tabidir, uygulama bunları görmez.
Reklam ve izleme
Reklam gösterilmez. Kullanıcı davranışı izlenmez. Çerez, reklam kimliği ya da parmak izi çıkarma yöntemi kullanılmaz.
Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama hiç kimseden veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz. 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.
Verilerinizi silmek
Ayarlar › Tüm verileri sil, otomatik yedekler dahil bütün kayıtları cihazdan kaldırır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da aynı sonucu verir. Geliştiricinin elinde silebileceği bir kopya bulunmadığı için ayrıca bir talep göndermenize gerek yoktur. Aboneliğinizi Android'de Google Play › Ödemeler ve abonelikler, iPhone'da Ayarlar › Apple Hesabı › Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilirsiniz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir ve güncel metin aynı adreste yayımlanır.
