### A. Business Profile & Financial Data (Stored Locally)
When you use the app, you may input:
- **Business details:** Business name, business type, country, and preferred currency.
- **Expense data:** Amounts, dates, merchants, payment methods, expense types, categories, and tax deduction tags.
- **Receipt images:** Photos captured with your camera or imported from your photo library.
- **Recurring schedules:** Recurring expense frequency and upcoming billing dates.
> **Important:** All of this information is saved directly in a secure local database on your device. We do not upload your expense records, amounts, receipts, or notes to our own servers.
### B. Camera and Photo Library Access
- **Camera:** Used solely when you choose to scan physical receipts for OCR data extraction.
- **Photo Library:** Used solely when you choose to attach an existing receipt image from your gallery.
- We only access your camera or photos with your explicit permission, and images are stored locally on your device.
### C. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed directly by **Apple App Store** via StoreKit.
- We integrate **RevenueCat** to manage subscription entitlements and status.
- We do **not** collect, view, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account details. Apple handles all payment transactions securely according to its own privacy policy.
### D. Anonymous Usage & Analytics
To maintain app performance and improve features, we may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic and operational data:
