Once I had the processor picked and laid out in KiCAD, the rest was reasonably easy.I made sure the interfaces were all very similar to the Nano, so that I could get my code working on the Nano and hopefully everything would Just Boot on the business card.

Board space was not a problem; the computer easily fits in the bottom corner of a standard-size card.A bigger problem was that I wanted the card to be as thin as possible; however, a PCB must be 2.2mm or so thick to make it fit in a USB port.I solved this by selecting 1mm PCBs and laser-cutting some 1mm acrylic into appropriately-sized spacers. The final assembly step is to superglue this spacer into place.

Yeah. I was really disappointed with the matte cards, but it was my mistake for not requesting a sample kit first. If it comes down to it, I'll suck it up and just order four 250-card runs. But I have trouble believing Moo is the only company that allows you to have multiple designs in a run of cards.

I did. I went with PrintingHQ and really like the quality of the glossies. Their matte are good too, though. Less dull than Vistaprint's. If you call them they'll send you a sample kit of their paper stock. They have some really impressive stuff.

But the best part was their exemplary customer support, just as Les promised. When I got my cards, I noticed there were lines / scratches on some of them. All in the same spot, probably caused by a roller or cutter. I counted out 107 total out of my 1000-card order.

I emailed them and asked them if I could send the faulty cards back and get a 10% refund on my order, which seemed fair. They said they'll just reprint the entire 1000-card run and send them to me for my troubles. That's above and beyond what I could've hoped for.

I'll definitely be coming back..

Getting customers starts with getting noticed, and your business card is your chance to tell potential clients who you are, and what you represent. Whether you hand them out at events, include them in product orders or keep a stack on your front desk, make sure yours stands out.

Creating your first card online can be challenging. VistaPrint offers a wide range of ready-to-use templates in many styles. When you find one that suits you, you can customise the text, logo and images. You can then fine-tune the font, layout and colours until you're satisfied. And you can always check out a 3D preview to ensure you've got everything right. Looking for inspiration for your business card? Here are some business card design ideas for different industries.

For next day business cards, when you place an order before 12pm, we'll print your cards on the same day and deliver them on the following business day. However, if the order is placed after 12pm, the cards will be printed on the next business day and delivered on the subsequent available working day.

There are plenty of ways you can give your card more than one purpose, like adding a list of industry tips on the back, have it turn into a paper airplane or a tiny desk box, turn it into a name tag or use any of these unconventional ideas. This will make recipients more likely to remember it and, most importantly, less likely to throw it in the trash.

Specifications can mean everything from what size you want your business card to be (though bear in mind that most people will put them straight in their pockets), the orientation of the card, any custom cuts, and the material you will use.

Brandly is a free solution that helps businesses who are suffering through the tiring process of ordering business cards for multiple employees. With streamlined ordering workflows that adapt to each client, employee self-service, a 1-minute company-wide roll-out, and free shipping on every order, Brandly automates the process making ordering of high-quality business cards a breeze.

GotPrint offers a variety of business card options so you can easily customize a unique card to fit your needs. Our high-quality, full-color offset and digital printing process will turn a basic business tool into an unforgettable extension of your company or personal brand. We make sure you have everything you need, such as an intuitive order process and online designer, to create a card that will impress your clients and colleagues.

We go the extra step to make sure that designing and printing your business cards is easy from beginning to end! Our excellent customer service team is one phone call away to answer any questions, comments, or concerns during the whole process.

We offer a variety of paper stocks with different thickness and coating options to choose from. Our 14 pt. paper stock is the most popular for business cards. It is sleek and durable, and you can add an optional UV gloss finish. Our Trifecta paper is our most luxurious stock and ranges between 24 to 38 pt. thickness. 100 lb. paper is our thinnest cover stock and best for cards that need to be produced in masses.

The durable 14 pt. gloss cover provides protection against stains and damage, making this a great default choice. For a softer, vintage-inspired appearance, we recommend either our 14 pt. uncoated paper or our premium 16 pt. matte cover stock. If you would like the ability to write on your business cards, make sure to print them on uncoated paper. Finally, if you are looking for impressive, high-end business cards, choose any one of our Trifecta paper stocks. These ultra thick stocks come with either a velvety, soft touch finish or a textured canvas finish.

The Bleed is the part outside of the Safe Zone that gets trimmed off when the product is cut to its final size. Bleed is short for all the graphics on a product that will "bleed off the document" so that the color continues to the edge of your cards. Most of our business cards require that your files have a 0.1" bleed.

If you need help designing your cards (or just need a little inspiration), we offer a number of professionally-designed industry-specific templates that you can customize with your company name, logo, contact information and more. We carry online design templates specific to popular industries and professions such as real estate, photography, handyman, lawyer, and much more.

The design styles range from modern and trendy to professional and minimal. All of our printable design templates are specifically configured to be easily customized and personalized to match your brand's identity.

We offer two convenient ways to create your own business cards. If you are designing your own card, start by downloading our templates, as they have already been marked with the safe zone, trim, and bleed lines. Use this template to create your print-ready design file. Once you are ready to order, select the size, paper stock, color printing option, and quantity for your business cards, then upload your file. The maximum upload file size is 75 megabytes per file. You can choose either an instant screen proof or a manually processed PDF proof.

Our online design tool can help business owners create their own cards – no graphic designer or expensive software needed! You can use our Online Designer to design front-only or front-and-back business cards and can even choose between standard corners or round corners. You can edit text, upload graphics or images, and apply various backgrounds or clip art.

If you would like to work with a professional graphic designer on a completely unique and personal design, you also have the option of adding one of our affordable design service packages to your order.

There are many factors that go into determining the best fonts to use for your business cards, including your logo, company name, industry, and style of card. When it comes to the main text, use fonts that are simple, professional, and legible. Some business-card worthy fonts that we like are Helvetica (one of the most popular fonts in the world for a reason), Riesling (an elegant font that adds a European touch to any design), Gibson (clean and easy-to-read), Campton (geometric and contemporary), and Code (an elegant all-uppercase font).

At the minimum, your business cards should include your company name, first and last name, title, and preferred method of contact (phone number and/or email address). If applicable, include your physical address and website as well. 2351a5e196
