Students can move in anytime from 01 February, as long as they have booked a date for their return, signed and uploaded their lease agreement.

Students also have the option of moving in their stuff anytime from 01 February, return home and then later come back to the accommodation for the Welcoming Week Programme. Those students who prefer this option should remember that it is their responsibility to lock their room when leaving.

No, roommates are selected randomly and by gender (female-female or male-male) and not depending on the students' field of study.

No, Studios@Burnett is a student accommodation that opens it doors to students from any institution.

Yes, students are free to bring a fan heater to their room, but bar heaters are not allowed in the building for the safety of students as this can easily start a fire.

Students are also allowed to bring their own induction stoves, except the spiral hotplates.

The caretakers here at Studios@Burnett work hard to keep common areas and corridors clean for the hygiene of students, however it is a student's duty to keep their own room clean at all times.
