This policy explains what Burger Rush 60 does with information when you play it. It is written for the Android application with the package name com.proeffectmedia.burgerrush60, published by Burger Rush 60 Publisher ("we", "us").

THE SHORT VERSION
Burger Rush 60 has no accounts, no sign-in and no publisher server.
Your level progress, kitchen upgrades and settings are stored on your device only.
- The app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may process device and advertising data to do that, subject to your consent choices.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not run our own analytics.
INFORMATION THE APP ITSELF HANDLES
Stored on your device
The app keeps gameplay data locally using Android's DataStore. None of it is transmitted to us, because we operate no server.
Level progress and completed shifts.
- Permanent kitchen upgrades you have purchased with in-game currency.
- Sound and other in-app settings.
- Counters and timestamps used to limit how often ads are shown.
Uninstalling the app removes all of it. Android's own backup feature may include this data if you have device backup enabled.
Not collected at all
The app's own code never collects, requests or stores: name, email address, phone number, or any account identifier; precise or approximate location; contacts, calendar, photos, videos, audio recordings or files; messages, health data or financial data.
Firebase
The app's codebase includes the Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics libraries for future crash reporting and analytics. These libraries are not currently configured or active in the published app, and do not collect or transmit any data at this time. If they are enabled in a future update, this policy will be updated first.
ADVERTISING
Burger Rush 60 is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, shown as banner, interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads.
Because an advertising SDK is integrated, it would be untrue to say that no data is collected. Google and its ad partners may process, subject to your consent and your region: device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID; coarse, IP-derived location as inferred by Google; device and app information, ad interaction and performance diagnostics; your consent choices themselves.
Burger Rush 60 does not add any custom targeting of its own: no gameplay data and no profile is ever attached to an ad request.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads.
Rewarded ads are always optional: nothing in the game requires you to watch an ad to progress.
PERMISSIONS
INTERNET: required to request and display ads.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: to detect connectivity so ads can be requested reliably.
- com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK so ads can be served and measured.
None of these prompts you at runtime. The app requests no location, notification, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, calendar, Bluetooth or phone permission.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Burger Rush 60 does not include any in-app purchases or real-money transactions.
DATA SHARING AND SELLING
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone, because we do not receive it. The only third party involved is Google, acting as our advertising provider under its own terms and your consent choices.
RETENTION
Local gameplay data stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Retention of any data processed by Google for advertising is governed by Google's own policies.
CHILDREN
Burger Rush 60 is a general-audience casual game. It is not directed to children, it is not enrolled in a families programme, and it does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, contact us using the address at the top of this policy.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and publish the revised version at the same address. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
