3. Local Storage
The operational data described above is stored locally on the user's Android device.
Bunker Manager does not operate its own cloud database or server for storing vessel, tank, bunkering, consumption, or calibration data.
The application does not intentionally transmit this operational data to the developer.
4. Backup and Restore
Bunker Manager provides manual and automatic local backup functionality.
Backup files may contain the operational information stored by the application, including vessel, tank, bunkering, consumption, and calibration data.
Automatic backups are stored in the application's private storage on the device.
Automatic backups are created periodically while the application is used and are not uploaded to the developer's servers.
Users can view, restore, or delete automatic backups through the application.
Manual backup files created by the user may be stored in a location selected by the user. The security and privacy of a manually exported backup file may depend on the storage location and services chosen by the user.
5. Premium Purchase
Bunker Manager offers an optional one-time Premium purchase.
Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
Bunker Manager does not collect or store the user's credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.
The application receives information from Google Play necessary to determine whether the Premium purchase has been completed and acknowledged.
The application stores the Premium entitlement locally as a simple application status so that Premium functionality can remain available when the application is used offline.
Google Play may process and retain purchase-related information according to Google's own privacy policies and terms.
6. Internet and Third-Party Services
Bunker Manager does not operate its own online service or user account system.
The application does not contain advertising services or advertising SDKs.
The application does not intentionally collect location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, phone-call, or similar sensitive device data.
The primary third-party service used for an online transaction is Google Play Billing for the optional Premium purchase.
7. Data Sharing
Bunker Manager does not sell user data.
The developer does not intentionally share the operational data entered into the application with third parties.
Information related to Premium purchases may be processed by Google Play as part of the Google Play billing process.
Users may independently choose to export, share, or otherwise transfer backup files using Android or other services. Such transfers are initiated by the user and are subject to the privacy policies of the services selected by the user.
8. Data Retention
Operational data remains stored on the user's device until the user deletes it through the application, clears the application's data, uninstalls the application, or otherwise removes the relevant storage.
Automatic backup files remain on the device until they are deleted by the user or removed as part of application data removal.
The developer does not maintain a separate server-side copy of the application's operational data.
Purchase records processed by Google Play may be retained by Google according to Google's applicable policies and requirements.
9. Data Deletion
Because Bunker Manager does not provide user accounts or maintain a developer-operated cloud database, there is no developer-side user account to delete.
Users can delete operational records and local backup files using the application's available functions.
Users can also remove locally stored application data through Android system settings or uninstall the application.
Data contained in manually exported backup files must be deleted separately from the location where the user saved or shared those files.
Google Play purchase information is managed by Google and is subject to Google's applicable policies and procedures.
10. Data Security
Bunker Manager stores its operational data using Android application-private storage mechanisms.
Automatic backups are stored in the application's private internal storage.
The developer does not intentionally transmit operational application data to its own servers.
Users should protect their Android device and any manually exported backup files against unauthorized access.
11. Children's Privacy
Bunker Manager is a professional marine operations application and is not directed specifically toward children.
The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's functionality, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change.
The effective date shown at the beginning of this policy will be updated when material changes are made.
