Bumpix Privacy Policy

Bumpix ("Bumpix", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our mobile application collects, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding that information.
INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
Bumpix is a stand-alone mobile game. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not maintain user accounts and we do not require you to sign in.
We do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, social-media, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking services. Bumpix does not access the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
LOCAL STORAGE ONLY
Any data the game generates — such as your difficulty preference, best score, or sound settings — is stored entirely on your device using Apple's standard local storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is permanently removed when you delete the app.
DEVICE PERMISSIONS
To provide its features, Bumpix may request the following device permissions. You can grant or deny each permission at any time from iOS Settings → Bumpix.
• Bluetooth. Used only to establish a direct, peer-to-peer connection with another iPhone running Bumpix nearby, so two players can play a match face-to-face. No data is transmitted over the internet during peer-to-peer play.
• Local Network. Used together with Bluetooth to discover nearby iPhones for the peer-to-peer feature described above.
• Photo Library. Optional. Used only if you choose to save or share an image generated inside the app.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Bumpix does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no behavioral tracking.
DATA SHARING
Because we do not collect any personal information, we have nothing to sell, share, or disclose to third parties.
YOUR RIGHTS
Since no personal data leaves your device, you remain in full control. You may delete all locally stored data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be reflected on this screen and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be highlighted on a subsequent app update.

Bumpix Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Bumpix mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not grant you any right to the App's source code, branding, or underlying intellectual property.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or commercially exploit the App or any of its content;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including all code, graphics, sounds, and text, is the property of Bumpix and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
4. NO WARRANTY
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUMPIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
6. TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.
7. APPLE APP STORE TERMS
This App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. To the extent any term in these Terms conflicts with Apple's App Store Terms, the App Store Terms control with respect to the relationship between you and Apple.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
