PixelMind Studios ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile game Bulls and Cows Multiplayer (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game.
- Anonymous account: When you first open the App, we create an anonymous account (a random ID) via Firebase Authentication so your progress can be saved. No personal information is required.
- Google Sign-In (optional): If you choose to connect a Google account, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a Google account identifier. This is used only to secure your account and sync your progress across devices.
- Game data: Your progress, unlocked levels, scores, in-game coins, power-ups, display name, and streak, stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) for backup and leaderboards.
- Notifications: If you allow notifications, we store a device messaging token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send the daily puzzle reminder. You can disable this anytime in your device settings.
- Advertising: The App shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device advertising identifier and usage data to serve and measure ads.
- Purchases: In-app purchases (coin packs) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Save and sync your game progress across devices;
- Display leaderboards and rankings;
- Send the daily puzzle reminder (if enabled);
- Show ads and process in-app purchases;
- Maintain, protect, and improve the App.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing of Information
We share information only with service providers that make the App work: Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging), Google AdMob (advertising), and Google Play Billing (purchases). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Your game data is kept as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App: Settings → Delete Account. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age required by law in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures (including Google's secure infrastructure and encrypted connections) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your data directly in the App (Settings → Delete Account), or contact us for any request.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
