I am Bulbul Ahmed, currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at Gono Bishwabidyalay, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I completed both my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemistry from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh, where I conducted thesis-based research specializing in Physical Chemistry and developed a strong foundation in physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry.

My research interests primarily focus on surfactant chemistry, particularly the physicochemical interactions of drugs, dyes, and polymers within micellar and self-assembled systems. I am also deeply interested in medicinal chemistry, with a broader goal of contributing to drug discovery and pharmaceutical research.

Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I am actively engaged in research and have contributed to peer-reviewed international scientific journals, reflecting my commitment to advancing knowledge in modern chemical sciences. My long-term research vision is to establish a strong and impactful research program dedicated to drug discovery and the development of affordable therapeutic solutions for global health challenges.

As an educator, I am deeply committed to undergraduate teaching, laboratory supervision, academic mentoring, and fostering students’ analytical thinking, scientific curiosity, and research capabilities.
