Bulbul Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to Bulbul, a word search game (package name: com.gamsiz.bulbul) developed by Yusuf GAMSIZ and published on Google Play as "Word Search Game: Bulbul".
In short
Bulbul does not collect any personal information and does not share anything with anyone. You do not need to create an account or sign in. The game works offline and does not connect to the internet. Your settings and records are stored only on your own device.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. Bulbul does not ask for, read or send your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising ID. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no way to communicate with other players. There are no in-app purchases.
Internet use
Bulbul works completely offline. The words, sounds, images and fonts are all included in the app. The Android version does not even request permission to access the internet, so the app cannot send information off your device.
Information stored on your device
So that the game works properly, the following information is stored only on your device, in the app's own storage: your language choices (menu language and word language), your difficulty and board settings, the categories you selected, your sound and vibration preferences, your records (best times) and the number of puzzles you finished in a row without hints. This information is not sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.
When you uninstall the game, this information is deleted. You can also delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your phone's settings.
If Android backup is turned on for your phone, Android may include these settings and records, together with your other app data, in the backup stored in your Google account, and restore them when you move to a new phone. This backup is an Android and Google service that you control; we have no access to it. You can turn backup off in your phone's settings.
Third-party services
Bulbul contains no advertising, no analytics (usage statistics), no crash reporting and no social media services. The app only uses open-source software libraries that run on your device: Flutter (the toolkit the app is built with), audioplayers (to play sound effects), flutter_svg (to display drawings) and shared_preferences (to store settings on the device). None of them collects or sends information about you.
When you download the app from Google Play, Google Play's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Google Play shows developers aggregate information such as download numbers and, if you have agreed to share such information on your phone, app crash reports. This information is collected by Google and does not tell us who you are.
Children's privacy
Bulbul does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you have a question about your child's use of the game, please write to us.
Deleting your information and your rights
Because we do not collect any information about you, we hold nothing that could be deleted, corrected or provided to you. You can delete the settings and records on your device at any time by uninstalling the game or clearing the app's data.
Security
Your information does not leave your device. Android keeps each app's data in its own protected storage area.
Changes to this policy
Advertising is planned for a future update of the game. Before a version with ads is released, this policy will be updated to explain clearly what information the advertising service (Google AdMob) uses, for what purpose, and how your consent is requested, and the effective date will change. If we change the policy for any other reason, we will also publish the current version on this page.

Kısaca
Bulbul hiçbir kişisel bilgi toplamaz ve kimseyle paylaşmaz. Hesap açmanız ya da oturum açmanız gerekmez. Oyun internetsiz çalışır ve internete bağlanmaz. Ayarlarınız ve rekorlarınız yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır.
Topladığımız bilgiler
Hiçbir kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz. Bulbul adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, cihaz kimliğinizi ya da reklam kimliğinizi istemez, okumaz ve hiçbir yere göndermez. Uygulamada hesap, oturum açma, sohbet ya da başka oyuncularla iletişim yoktur. Uygulama içi satın alma da yoktur.
İnternet kullanımı
Bulbul tamamen internetsiz çalışır. Kelimeler, sesler, görseller ve yazı tipleri uygulamanın içinde gelir. Android sürümü internet erişim izni bile istemez; bu yüzden uygulama cihazınızdan dışarıya bilgi gönderemez.
Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Oyunun düzgün çalışması için şu bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda, uygulamanın kendi depolama alanında saklanır: dil seçimleriniz (menü dili ve kelime dili), zorluk ve tahta ayarlarınız, seçtiğiniz kategoriler, ses ve titreşim tercihleriniz, rekorlarınız (en iyi süreleriniz) ve üst üste ipucusuz bitirdiğiniz bulmaca sayısı. Bu bilgiler bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez; biz onları göremeyiz.
Oyunu kaldırdığınızda bu bilgiler de silinir. İsterseniz telefonunuzun ayarlarından uygulamanın verilerini temizleyerek de silebilirsiniz.
Telefonunuzda Android yedeklemesi açıksa Android, bu ayarları ve rekorları öbür uygulama verilerinizle birlikte Google hesabınızdaki yedeğe ekleyebilir ve yeni bir telefona geçtiğinizde geri yükleyebilir. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Oyunun ileriki bir güncellemesine reklam eklenmesi planlanıyor. Esta política de privacidad se aplica a Bulbul, un juego de sopa de letras (nombre del paquete: com.gamsiz.bulbul) desarrollado por Yusuf GAMSIZ y publicado en Google Play como «Sopa de Letras: Bulbul».
En resumen
Bulbul no recopila ningún dato personal ni comparte nada con nadie. No necesitas crear una cuenta ni iniciar sesión. El juego funciona sin internet y no se conecta a internet. Tus ajustes y récords se guardan solo en tu propio dispositivo.
Información que recopilamos
No recopilamos ningún dato personal. Bulbul no pide, no lee ni envía tu nombre, correo electrónico, número de teléfono, ubicación, contactos, fotos, identificadores del dispositivo ni el ID de publicidad. La aplicación no tiene cuentas, inicio de sesión, chat ni forma de comunicarse con otros jugadores. Tampoco tiene compras dentro de la aplicación.
Uso de internet
Bulbul funciona totalmente sin internet. Las palabras, los sonidos, las imágenes y las fuentes vienen incluidos en la aplicación. La versión para Android ni siquiera pide permiso para acceder a internet, así que la aplicación no puede enviar información fuera de tu dispositivo.
Información guardada en tu dispositivo
Para que el juego funcione correctamente, la siguiente información se guarda solo en tu dispositivo, en el almacenamiento propio de la aplicación: tus idiomas (idioma de los menús e idioma de las palabras), tus ajustes de dificultad y de tablero, las categorías que elegiste, tus preferencias de sonido y vibración, tus récords (mejores tiempos) y el número de sopas de letras que terminaste seguidas sin pistas. Esta información no se envía ni a nosotros ni a nadie, y nosotros no podemos verla.
Cuando desinstalas el juego, esta información se borra. También puedes borrarla en cualquier momento eliminando los datos de la aplicación desde los ajustes de tu teléfono.
Si tienes activada la copia de seguridad de Android, Android puede incluir estos ajustes y récords, junto con los datos de tus otras aplicaciones, en la copia guardada en tu cuenta de Google y restaurarlos cuando pases a un teléfono nuevo. Esta copia de seguridad es un servicio de Android y Google que tú controlas; nosotros no tenemos acceso a ella. Puedes desactivarla en los ajustes de tu teléfono.
Servicios de terceros
Bulbul no tiene publicidad, ni analítica (estadísticas de uso), ni informes de errores, ni servicios de redes sociales. La aplicación solo usa bibliotecas de software de código abierto que funcionan dentro del dispositivo: Flutter (la herramienta con la que está hecha la aplicación), audioplayers (para reproducir los efectos de sonido), flutter_svg (para mostrar los dibujos) y shared_preferences (para guardar los ajustes en el dispositivo). Ninguna de ellas recopila ni envía información sobre ti.
Cuando descargas la aplicación desde Google Play, también se aplican las condiciones y la política de privacidad de Google Play. Google Play muestra a los desarrolladores información agregada, como el número de descargas y, si aceptaste compartir este tipo de información en tu teléfono, informes de fallos de la aplicación. Esta información la recopila Google y no nos dice quién eres.
Privacidad de los niños
Bulbul no recopila datos personales de nadie, tampoco de niños menores de 13 años. Si tienes alguna pregunta sobre el uso del juego por parte de tu hijo o hija, escríbenos.
Borrar tu información y tus derechos
Como no recopilamos ninguna información sobre ti, no guardamos nada que se pueda borrar, corregir o entregarte. Puedes borrar los ajustes y récords de tu dispositivo en cualquier momento desinstalando el juego o eliminando los datos de la aplicación.
Seguridad
Tu información no sale de tu dispositivo. Android guarda los datos de cada aplicación en su propio espacio protegido.
Cambios en esta política
Está previsto añadir publicidad en una futura actualización del juego. Antes de publicar una versión con anuncios, actualizaremos esta política para explicar con claridad qué información usa el servicio de publicidad (Google AdMob), con qué fin y cómo se pide tu consentimiento, y cambiará la fecha de entrada en vigor. Si cambiamos la política por cualquier otro motivo, también publicaremos la versión actual en esta página.
