We believe in strict data minimization. The App **does not** collect, require, or store any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location) to function.
**The ONLY data we collect is:**
- **Text Prompts:** The text descriptions you type into the bouquet design generator or the AI chat assistant (e.g., "A romantic bouquet with white roses and pink peonies").
- **How it is collected:** You manually type and submit this text within the App.
## 3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
The text prompts you provide are used strictly for the core functionality of the App:
- To generate high-quality wedding bouquet images based on your text description.
- To provide responses, advice, and floral design consultation via the AI chat assistant.
We do **not** use your text prompts for marketing, tracking, advertising, or selling to third-party data brokers.
## 4. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES (WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH)
To provide AI-generated images and intelligent chat responses, the App must send your text prompts to specialized third-party AI services.
**Before sending any data, the App will explicitly ask for your permission via a mandatory in-app consent screen.**
If you provide consent, your text prompts are shared **only** with the following specific providers:
### A. OpenAI, L.L.C.
- **Who they are:** A leading artificial intelligence research and deployment company.
- **What data is sent:** Only the text prompt you type.
- **Why it is sent:** To enhance and expand your short design prompt into a detailed, professional floral design description, and to power the interactive AI chat assistant.
- **Equal Protection:** OpenAI provides data protection standards equal to or greater than those required by this Privacy Policy. They do not use data submitted via their API to train their foundational models.
### B. Replicate, Inc. (Black Forest Labs)
- **Who they are:** A platform for running advanced machine learning models (specifically, the FLUX Schnell model by Black Forest Labs).
- **What data is sent:** The enhanced text description (prompt) generated by OpenAI.
- **Why it is sent:** To render and generate the actual high-quality image of the wedding bouquet.
- **Equal Protection:** Replicate provides data protection standards equal to or greater than those required by this Privacy Policy. Generated images are temporarily processed and then automatically deleted from their active servers.
**No other data (no device IDs, no names, no personal photos) is ever sent to these or any other third parties.**
## 5. LOCAL STORAGE AND DEVICE PERMISSIONS
- **Data Saved on Device:** All generated bouquet images, your design history, and your subscription credit balances are stored locally on your device. We do not have a cloud database holding your personal design history.
- **Photo Library Access:** The App requests `NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription` (Add-Only access). This permission is used **exclusively** to let you save your AI-generated bouquet designs directly to your device's camera roll. The App **cannot and does not** read, scan, or access any of your existing personal photos.
## 6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Because all generated data and history are stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. To permanently delete your design history, simply delete the App from your device.
## 7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
## 8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
