A lot of people are filling the page right now. We have been laid of a significant portion of our income and hurts. Job insecurity is at all-time high. Now before we start let's address the difference between a hobby, a job, and a business. Any business that you know and love that on now worth billions of dollars were started at as a hobby. The two names that come to me "Dell" and "apple" which were both started at garages. So, some of you will start of these ideas I'm going to share with you as the hobby they have all the potential to become a billion dollar enterprise. Now this is the way i see it most of businesses as started as a hobby something you do on the side to earn supplemental income and it can turn in to a job of part time or full time. This is usually when you have two or three stable client on and ongoing basis, then it can turn in to a business where you need to hire people to help you to get a physical location and if one day you can step out the business and have it run without you become an entrepreneur.
Now we can separate ideas into three sections. The first four business ideas or businesses you can do from your home or home based businesses but they require some technical skills. The next four business ideas or again home based businesses, but they require internet skills. And the last four ideas share with you service based or life style base businesses that require some transportation.
IDEAS
Online Tutor
The online teaching has explored worldwide. The demand is so high the couple friends of mine sold their business, sold their home and moved to LASS VEGAS and now they are both doing online teaching, full time and making ton of money and it's started as a part-time thing, as a hobby on the side, now they are actively recruiting other online teachers to help them up. The required skills or in deep knowledge of subject matters like mathematics, English, or history. The average hourly rate is 20$/hour, but there is a plenty of opportunity in the 35-45$/hour and there is a lot of work to go down.
To market that type of business i would highly recommend, highly target at Facebook ads and geographical area, there is a capital income and you should make sure you also have a very strong word of mouth marketing strategy. To get started all you need there is a good computer and strong internet connection, webcam, a microphone.
Video Editor
One of the top demand skills in 2021 is video editing. Both video marketing and YouTube growing so the exponentially opportunity to grow is literally limitless. The required skills is to be profession with "Either cut pro x " " Adobe premiere " and their tones of educational videos of it in YouTube can learn all the tips and techniques that you all need in that job.
Once you got the basics of videos editing you could charge 15 - 18 $/ hour. And as per your skills and experience you can make 35-50$/hour, if you have the required skills to be superfast or super good. And again there are tons of people that are looking for video editing services out there, so there is lot of opportunity for growth. To get the bought rolling you can market yourself at sites like fiverr and upwork or create a simple Facebook ad in a Geographical area to get your customers and get going. For the equipment you going to need a very strong computer and powerful graphics card and an external hard drive that you can store the video files which are usually use.
Virtual Assistant
Almost every week in my social field there is someone asking if they know a virtual assistant to help them up. There are lot of very busy entrepreneurs and business owners that need some help and non-going basis. They need help managing their accouters, all their troubles, all their emails and all kind of details of their daily life. The required skills are high proficiency with computers and internet and very strong communication skills. The average hourly rate is for a virtual assistant is 20$/hour standard. But lot of them, they are saying the sweet part is anywhere between 20-30$/ hour.
A virtual assistant with some highly special skills like being by Link or knowing a piece of self where or ability to added videos could earn up to 40-70$/ hour. Now being a virtual assistant something that is very personal. So probably the best to market your self is going to be the have a very strong word of mouth marketing strategy. I'm going speak from personal experience and I'm going to tell you that is specialist is a lot of more valuable than a generalist. That richer are in the niches. Because the average hourly rate for social media manager is 23$/hour. For highly specialized manager 35$/hour. I get a phone call at least once a week someone asking me find someone for either platform. And more business funded in self in the quandary. I don't know about you but the idea having someone come into my house pick up the dirty laundry wash it hold it and return back to me. Sounds like heaven. The skills required that type of job you're going to need to check with your local government in the USA its' various a lot from state to state. Here in Florida its pretty loss but I can imagine that states like California or New York it might be a lot of strict. And the average rate for respite care worker is between sixteen to eighteen dollar per hour, but as a VIP respite care I would start $35 per hour. Now it's clear that $35 per hour you are going to price yourself out at the lot of people. But the people they you can afford your services will be the right it help. Because this is a highly personalized service, you need a reliable car, pleasant disposition and lots of patience.
