A Minimalist Approach Using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & ChatGPT
In a world overwhelmed with cluttered interfaces and annoying pop-ups, I wanted to build something radically simple: a white screen tool with zero distractions. No ads. No pop-ups. Just a blank canvas—clean, responsive, and functional.
Here’s how I built my white screen tool using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ChatGPT.

The Goal: Simplicity Meets Functionality
I didn’t want a bloated app. I wanted a tool that loads instantly, works across all devices, and just shows a full white screen. But I also wanted to offer:
WordPress Setup I began by installing a lightweight WordPress theme to ensure fast load times. I chose themes that allowed for complete control over blank canvas templates. This enabled me to use pages with no headers, no footers, and no sidebars.
Designing a Minimalist Interface Using the built-in WordPress block editor and a custom template, I created a full-width container that acted as the white screen. It had no pop-ups, banners, or overlays. The layout was intentionally empty to avoid distractions.
Mobile & Tablet Optimization I made sure the tool looked and functioned beautifully across smartphones, tablets, and desktops. Using responsive design best practices, every element scaled fluidly depending on the screen size. The user didn’t need to pinch, zoom, or scroll unnecessarily.
