BugTool is a Chrome extension that helps testers create Redmine bug tickets from Google Sheets test cases. This policy describes what data the extension handles and how it is used.

1. Data handled by the extension

• Authentication information: Google OAuth access via Chrome Identity (Sheets scope); Redmine API keys you enter in Options (stored locally in the browser).

• Personally identifiable information: tester login names, assignee names from Config/Redmine, and the Google account you authorize.

• Website content: spreadsheet cell content needed to build a bug report (subject, steps, expected result, active row, attachments you choose to upload, etc.).

• User activity (limited): the currently selected cell/row on the open Google Sheet when you open the form.

We do not handle health data, financial/payment data, location data, browsing-history lists, or personal communications (email/chat).

2. Purpose of use

Data is used only for the extension’s single purpose:

• Read the selected test case from Google Sheets

• Create or replace the Config sheet when you request it

• Create a Redmine issue (and optional file attachments)

• Write the created ticket reference back into the spreadsheet when configured

3. Storage and transmission

• On your device: Redmine API keys, default tester, FAB visibility/position via chrome.storage.local.

• Google: Sheets API requests under your Google account (OAuth scope: spreadsheets).

• Redmine: issue create / lookup / attachment upload to https://redmine.famishare.jp using the API key you provide.

The BugTool publisher does not operate a separate backend, analytics, or data-collection server for this extension. Data is not sold. It is only transferred to Google Sheets and Redmine as needed to perform actions you initiate. Data is not used for unrelated purposes, creditworthiness checks, or lending.

4. Remote code

BugTool does not execute remote code. All extension scripts are shipped inside the installed package.

BugTool là tiện ích Chrome giúp tester tạo ticket bug trên Redmine từ testcase trên Google Sheets. Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu mà extension xử lý và cách sử dụng.

1. Dữ liệu được xử lý

• Thông tin xác thực: OAuth Google (Chrome Identity) để truy cập Sheets; API key Redmine bạn nhập trong Options (lưu cục bộ trên trình duyệt).

• Thông tin định danh: login tester, tên assignee trên Config/Redmine, tài khoản Google bạn cấp quyền.

• Nội dung trang web: nội dung ô spreadsheet cần để tạo bug (subject, steps, expected, dòng đang chọn, file đính kèm bạn chọn…).

• Hoạt động người dùng (hạn chế): ô/dòng đang chọn trên Google Sheet khi mở form.

Không xử lý dữ liệu sức khỏe, tài chính, vị trí, lịch sử duyệt web, hay tin nhắn cá nhân.

2. Mục đích sử dụng

Chỉ phục vụ một mục đích của extension:

• Đọc testcase đang chọn từ Google Sheets

• Tạo/thay sheet Config khi bạn yêu cầu

• Tạo ticket Redmine (và đính kèm nếu có)

• Ghi lại tham chiếu ticket vào spreadsheet khi được cấu hình

3. Lưu trữ và truyền dữ liệu

• Trên máy bạn: API key Redmine, tester mặc định, trạng thái/vị trí icon nổi.

• Google: gọi Sheets API bằng tài khoản Google của bạn.

• Redmine: tạo/tìm ticket và upload file tới https://redmine.famishare.jp bằng API key bạn cung cấp.

Nhà phát hành BugTool không vận hành server thu thập/analytics riêng. Không bán dữ liệu. Chỉ gửi tới Google Sheets và Redmine khi bạn thao tác. Không dùng dữ liệu ngoài mục đích tạo bug, không dùng để đánh giá tín dụng hay cho vay.

4. Remote code

BugTool không chạy remote code. Toàn bộ script nằm trong package cài đặt.
