PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE USING THE APP. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing BUGNOT: Reptile Hunter (the "App", "Game", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read this document. Your use of the App is subject to the terms below, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
This document explains how BUGNOT: Reptile Hunter handles information, how local storage and advertising technologies operate, the terms under which the Game is provided, and the limitations that apply to use of the App.
The Game is designed primarily as an offline-first single-player experience. It does not require a developer-operated account, profile, social network, cloud save system, or registration process for ordinary gameplay.
Because the Game uses third-party software and advertising services, some information may nevertheless be processed outside the App itself. The disclosures in this document therefore cover both information stored locally by the Game and information that may be processed by third-party SDKs used by the Game.
The Game does not ordinarily require you to provide your real name, postal address, telephone number, email address, password, government identification number, payment-card number, or similar account information to play the core Game.
If you voluntarily contact support, submit a complaint, request information, or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive the information contained in that communication, including your email address, message content, attachments, device information that you choose to provide, and information reasonably necessary to respond to your request.
Depending on the version of the Game and the features you use, the App may store information locally on your Android device, including:
high scores and gameplay progress;
evolutionary level, nutrient points, unlocked skins, traits, or similar game progression;
sound, volume, display, gameplay, or preference settings;
local game state and configuration;
the fact that a user has acknowledged this policy or a related in-app notice;
technical state required to restore or continue local gameplay.
This local information is generally stored using HTML5 LocalStorage, WebView storage, application cache mechanisms, or Android application sandbox storage, depending on the implementation and device.
The Game may use Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google Play services, and related third-party components to display banner, interstitial, rewarded, or other advertising formats.
Those services may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and operating-system information, app information, network information, ad interaction information, diagnostic information, fraud-prevention signals, and information about advertising requests. The exact information processed can depend on the SDK version, Android version, device configuration, consent choices, ad request configuration, and applicable regional requirements.
Third-party services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control every data-processing operation performed by a third-party SDK after information has been transmitted to that provider.
We do not intentionally request or require sensitive personal information such as passwords, precise GPS location, contacts, SMS messages, call logs, health records, financial account credentials, government identity documents, microphone recordings, or photographs for ordinary gameplay.
If a future version introduces a feature requiring additional information, the relevant privacy disclosures and, where legally required, consent or permission mechanisms will be updated before or when that feature is used.
Information may be processed for purposes that include:
providing and maintaining gameplay functionality;
saving local progress and preferences;
serving advertisements and delivering rewarded advertising functionality;
measuring advertising performance and limiting repetitive ads;
detecting, preventing, and investigating invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, or attempts to manipulate advertising or gameplay;
diagnosing crashes, compatibility problems, and technical failures where such information is made available through the relevant SDK or platform;
responding to support requests and legal or regulatory requests;
protecting the security, integrity, rights, and property of the App, its users, and the developer;
complying with applicable law, court orders, governmental requests, and other lawful obligations;
enforcing this document and investigating suspected violations.
Where privacy legislation requires a legal basis for processing personal data, the applicable basis may depend on the activity and jurisdiction. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law.
Where consent is required, we will seek consent through an appropriate mechanism. Consent may be withdrawn where the applicable law provides that right, although withdrawal does not make processing that occurred before withdrawal unlawful.
Nothing in this document is intended to remove or reduce a privacy right that cannot legally be excluded in the country or region where you live.
The Game may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertising providers may process device and advertising information to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and perform other permitted advertising operations.
Depending on the user's region and available consent technology, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. Where applicable, advertising consent is requested or managed through Google's consent mechanisms or another appropriate consent management solution.
Users can also manage advertising settings through Android and Google account controls. Available controls may change as Android and Google services change.

Because AdMob is operated by a third party, Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own policies and technical systems in addition to the disclosures in this document.
The App may use technologies that perform functions similar to cookies, even though a native Android application may not use browser cookies in the same way as an ordinary website.
These technologies may include:
HTML5 LocalStorage;
WebView cache and application storage;
SDK-generated identifiers or temporary tokens;
advertising identifiers and ad-related storage;
diagnostic or anti-fraud storage used by third-party SDKs.
Local game storage is generally necessary for gameplay. Third-party advertising storage and identifiers are controlled by the relevant SDK, Android, Google services, applicable consent choices, and device settings.
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data in exchange for money.
Information may be disclosed or made available to:
Google and Google service providers: where required to provide advertising, platform, fraud-prevention, measurement, or related services;
service providers: where needed to operate support, hosting, security, communications, or other services used by the developer, if introduced;
government authorities or legal advisers: where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights;
successors or transaction parties: if the App or related assets are transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, insolvency proceeding, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law;
other parties with your direction or consent: where you specifically authorize a disclosure.
We do not intentionally make a user's local game-save information publicly accessible.
The App may contain code supplied by third parties. Third-party SDKs may collect information automatically even when the developer does not directly request the information from the user.
We select and configure third-party services for their intended functions, but third-party services operate under their own technical systems, documentation, and policies. If an SDK changes its data practices, we may update the App, replace the SDK, change its configuration, or update this policy as appropriate.
Google Play treats data collected through third-party SDKs as part of the developer's responsibility for policy compliance. We therefore seek to keep this policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosures consistent with the actual SDKs used by the App.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by the App.
Because ordinary gameplay data is primarily stored in the Android application sandbox or WebView storage, access to that information is also affected by Android's application security model and the security of the user's device.
Where information is transmitted to a third-party service, the security measures of that service also apply. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating-system account, Google account, and any other credentials or access mechanisms under your control. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a compromised, rooted, modified, lost, stolen, or improperly secured device to the extent permitted by law.
Local gameplay information may remain on your device until it is overwritten, cleared by the Game, removed through an available reset function, cleared through Android application settings, or deleted when the App is uninstalled, subject to Android and device behavior.
We do not maintain a developer-operated cloud database of ordinary gameplay progress unless a future version expressly introduces such functionality.
Information received through support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or establish or defend legal claims.
Third-party providers may retain information according to their own retention policies, legal obligations, security requirements, and operational needs.
Because the Game does not ordinarily create a developer-operated user account, there may be no server-side account to delete.
To remove locally stored Game information, you can normally use Android's application settings to clear the App's storage/data or uninstall the App. Clearing storage may permanently remove local game progress and settings.
If you believe we hold personal information about you through a support request or another direct interaction, you may contact us at support@bugnotgame.com and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another legally available privacy action.
We may need enough information to verify the identity or authority of the requester before acting on a privacy request. We will not request unnecessary sensitive information merely to process a routine request.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights such as:
the right to know whether personal information is processed;
the right to access certain personal information;
the right to correct inaccurate information;
the right to request deletion in circumstances provided by law;
the right to restrict or object to certain processing;
the right to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis;
the right to data portability where legally applicable;
the right to complain to a competent data protection authority;
rights concerning automated decision-making or profiling where applicable.
These rights are subject to legal exceptions, including situations where retention or processing is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Third-party providers used by the App may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Different countries may have different data-protection rules.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant provider and/or developer will use a legally recognized transfer mechanism or other permitted safeguard.
The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age permitted under applicable law without the required parental or guardian involvement.
The Game is currently described as intended for users aged 13 and above. This age statement does not override a higher minimum age, parental-consent requirement, advertising restriction, or other protection required by the law applicable to a particular user.
If the Game is configured in Google Play as targeting children or as targeting both children and older users, the App and its advertising configuration must comply with Google Play Families requirements, including requirements concerning child-directed advertising, advertising identifiers, SDKs, age screening, and ad content.
If we learn that we have received personal information from a child in circumstances where the collection was not permitted, we may take steps to delete the information and restrict the relevant processing, subject to applicable law.
If the App is made available to children or users of unknown age in a manner covered by Google Play Families requirements, advertisements and advertising SDK configurations must be appropriate for that audience.
Where required, the App will use appropriate child-directed treatment, non-personalized advertising, age screening, ad-content restrictions, and/or a Google Play Families self-certified advertising SDK configuration.
The developer may change the App's target audience, advertising configuration, SDK version, or availability in a particular region when necessary to comply with platform rules or applicable law.
The App is designed to request only permissions that are reasonably necessary for the features actually provided.
If a future version requests a sensitive Android permission, the permission will be requested through Android's permission system where required, and this policy will be updated to explain the relevant purpose.
Granting a permission is controlled by Android. Users can generally review or revoke permissions through Android device settings, subject to Android functionality and the needs of the App.
The App does not intentionally require precise GPS location for ordinary gameplay.
Third-party advertising services may infer approximate location from network information such as an IP address for purposes permitted by their policies. Such processing is controlled in part by the relevant provider and applicable regional settings.
The current Game is designed without a developer-operated analytics account or mandatory user registration.
However, Android, Google Play services, AdMob, or other integrated SDKs may generate technical diagnostics or operational information. If a future release adds a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK, the relevant data categories and purposes will be reflected in this policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosure as required.
The Game may operate without an internet connection for core gameplay. Advertising and other third-party functions may require an internet connection.
Because game progress may be stored locally, progress can be lost if the App is uninstalled, application storage is cleared, the device is reset, storage becomes corrupted, an operating-system process removes data, or another event affects local storage.
We do not guarantee restoration of locally stored progress unless a future version expressly provides a cloud-backup or account-based restoration feature.
You agree not to:
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
modify, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Game without authorization;
circumvent technical restrictions, advertising controls, license mechanisms, or security protections;
use memory editors, speed hacks, bots, automation tools, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications intended to alter gameplay;
interfere with the operation of the Game, advertising services, Android systems, or third-party services;
use the App to violate applicable law or another person's rights;
use automated systems to generate invalid advertising traffic or intentionally interact with advertisements in a fraudulent manner;
attempt to introduce malicious code, malware, or other harmful material into the App or systems associated with it.
You must not click advertisements, repeatedly request advertisements, use automated tools, or otherwise generate advertising interactions for the purpose of creating artificial revenue or manipulating advertising metrics.
Rewarded advertisements, where offered, are optional unless a specific game feature clearly states otherwise. Rewards may fail, be delayed, or become unavailable because of network problems, ad inventory, fraud controls, technical errors, or third-party service decisions.
We may restrict advertising functionality, gameplay functionality, or access to the App where we reasonably believe that fraudulent or abusive activity is occurring, subject to applicable law.
The Game, including its software, original graphics, interface elements, text, sounds, logos, branding, design, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in this document transfers ownership of the Game or its intellectual property to you. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible device.
Third-party trademarks, software, services, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
The App may rely on Google Play, Google Play services, AdMob, Android system services, or other third-party services. Those services are not controlled by the developer.
If the App or an advertisement opens an external website or service, your interaction with that service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or transactions of third-party services.
The Game is an entertainment product. Nothing presented through the Game is intended to constitute medical, veterinary, legal, financial, investment, scientific, safety, or other professional advice.
Game information concerning reptiles, animals, environments, evolution, hunting, survival, or similar subjects may be simplified, fictionalized, stylized, or inaccurate. Users must not rely on gameplay information as a substitute for qualified professional advice or real-world safety procedures.
DO NOT COPY DANGEROUS GAMEPLAY BEHAVIOR IN REAL LIFE. The Game may depict reptiles, hunting, feeding, environmental hazards, survival scenarios, or other simulated activities. Do not approach, capture, handle, feed, provoke, or otherwise interact with real animals based solely on what is shown in the Game. Follow local laws and qualified wildlife or animal-handling guidance.
PHOTOSENSITIVITY / SEIZURE WARNING: A small percentage of people may experience seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual patterns, flashing lights, rapid animations, or other visual effects in video games.
If you or a member of your family has a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a medical professional before playing. Stop playing immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movements, or other concerning symptoms.
Take regular breaks, avoid playing when extremely tired, and stop using the Game if you experience discomfort.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
We do not promise that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, compatible with every device, free from bugs, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee that local game data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not required to be provided by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: the developer and persons or entities acting on the developer's behalf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of use, or device-related loss, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability for claims arising directly from your use of the App will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid directly to the developer for the App during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $10, unless applicable law requires a different minimum or prohibits this limitation.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights or remedies that mandatory consumer-protection law preserves.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the App, your intentional misuse of the App, or your violation of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify the developer for losses caused by the developer's own conduct to the extent such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, including where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, third-party service changes, platform requirements, or operational reasons.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe that a user is violating these Terms, manipulating advertising, attacking the App, or creating a legal, security, or operational risk.
Termination or discontinuation does not remove provisions that are intended by their nature to continue, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions, and applicable privacy obligations.
If you have a dispute concerning the App, please first contact support@bugnotgame.com and provide a clear description of the issue. We will have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes concerning these Terms may be resolved under the laws and courts of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, subject to mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, and other laws that apply to you.
Nothing in this section is intended to prevent a user from exercising a statutory right to complain to a regulator, data-protection authority, consumer-protection authority, or other competent public body.
Unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules that would require application of another jurisdiction's law.
Where local law gives you mandatory rights or protections that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain applicable.
We may add, remove, modify, replace, or discontinue features. Changes may be necessary because of security requirements, Android changes, Google Play requirements, third-party SDK changes, legal requirements, maintenance, or product development.
When a change materially affects privacy practices, we will update this policy as appropriate. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this document.
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be published at the official policy URL shown at the top of this document.
For material privacy changes, we may provide additional notice through the App or another reasonable method when required by law.
Continued use of the App after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent that such acceptance is legally valid. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a court, regulator, or competent authority determines that a provision of this document is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or, if necessary, severed. The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or of any other right. Any waiver must be legally valid and may apply only to the specific circumstance for which it is given.
To the extent legally permitted, this document, together with any specific in-app notices and applicable third-party terms, describes the agreement governing your use of the Game. If a mandatory law or platform rule conflicts with a provision here, the mandatory law or applicable platform rule controls to the extent of the conflict.
This document is intended to provide transparent disclosures and reasonable contractual protections. It does not and cannot guarantee that the developer will never face a complaint, investigation, regulatory action, dispute, lawsuit, arbitration, or other legal proceeding.
No contract can lawfully eliminate rights that applicable law gives to users. The developer's protection also depends on the actual technical behavior of the App, the accuracy of its Google Play declarations, its advertising configuration, its security practices, and compliance with applicable laws.

When contacting us about a privacy request, please explain what you are requesting and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
We intend to operate the App in accordance with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, intellectual-property, and digital-service requirements that apply to the App and its users, as well as applicable Google Play requirements.
Google Play requires developers to maintain an accurate Data Safety section and privacy policy, including disclosures about data collected or shared through third-party SDKs. If the App's actual data practices change, the developer must update the relevant disclosures and Play Console declarations as required.
Users should understand that Google Play is a separate platform operated by Google and that Google may enforce its own developer and user policies independently of this document.
Developer compliance requirement: Before publishing or updating the App, the developer should compare this policy against the exact production APK/AAB, AndroidManifest permissions, embedded SDKs, AdMob configuration, consent implementation, and Google Play Console Data Safety answers.
The developer must not rely on this policy as a substitute for completing the Google Play Data Safety questionnaire. The Play Console answers must reflect the actual production build and must be updated when data practices change.
By using BUGNOT: Reptile Hunter, you acknowledge that mobile software can contain defects, third-party dependencies can change, advertising availability can vary, local device data can be lost, and laws and platform policies can impose rights or obligations that cannot be waived by a private contract.
This document is intended to explain the App's current privacy practices and establish reasonable terms for use while preserving rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
