It is on the 3rd floor (no lift).

There is a shared roof terrace, where one can enjoy a fresh sea-breeze in the evening. 

Flat location is in a residential quiet area, adjacent to shops, banks, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants. The sea is 3 minutes' walk down the road, whilst public transport bus stops are within easy walking distance.

The  price in offer above varies according to:

• duration of stay, 

• period in year, 

• number of persons staying.

 I would also require a deposit of 500€. This will be returned to you at the end of your visit.

 Water, gas, electricity and internet is charged as per consumption at suppliers' rate.
