There is a shared roof terrace, where one can enjoy a fresh sea-breeze in the evening, sunbathe or hang the washing to dry.

There is cctv in common stairway outside the flat.

Flat location is in a residential quiet area, adjacent to shops, banks, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants. The sea is 3 minutes' walk down the road, whilst public transport bus stops are within easy walking distance.
