This privacy policy applies to the BudgetVoice app (hereafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by the developer (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address)
Device type, operating system, and app version
General usage information, such as app interactions and time spent in the Application
Advertising identifiers used by ad networks (where applicable)
Crash and performance data related to ads or app functionality
The Application does not collect precise location data (such as GPS).
Data you enter in the app
BudgetVoice is a personal expense and budget tracking app. You may enter or record information such as:
Expense and income amounts
Categories, notes, dates, and wallet/budget details
App preferences (currency, language, theme, notification settings)
This financial and preference data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it yourself (for example, using your device’s share feature).
Voice input
If you use voice entry, the Application requests microphone permission. Your voice is processed using your device’s speech recognition services (such as Google speech services on Android). Voice processing may require an internet connection and is handled according to those third-party providers’ policies. The Service Provider does not operate its own voice servers.
The Service Provider may use contact information you provide (such as when emailing support) to respond to your requests or send important notices about the Application.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device, in order to provide ads, speech recognition, and related functionality.
Please note that these third parties have their own privacy policies about how they handle data. Links to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the app marketplace where you downloaded the Application.
You can also:
Turn off notifications in the app or in your device settings
Deny or revoke microphone permission in your device settings (voice entry will not work without it)
Reset or limit your device’s advertising ID in your device settings (where supported)
Expense and budget data you enter is stored on your device and remains there until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the Application.
The Service Provider does not store your financial records on its own servers as part of normal app use.
If you contact support and provide personal information, the Service Provider will retain that information only as long as needed to respond to your request.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete information you have provided via email or support contact, please contact ubrain396@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will delete it from their records as soon as reasonably possible.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at ubrain396@gmail.com so appropriate action can be taken.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Application stores your expense data locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure (screen lock, OS updates, etc.).
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. The Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted is deemed acceptance of those changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of June 15, 2026.
