1. Original Passports with 6 months validity from date of arrival in Canada + Old passports if any.

2. Visa Application Forms. - Will do this

3. 3 Color photograph: 35 mm x 45 mm, White background,matt finish,80% face size.

4. Covering letter mentioning the details of the applicant, travel and details of the other members travelling with you. - Company letterhead

5. Hotel Bookings. If Booking

6. Air tickets If Booking

7. Original Leave letter from Employer / School / College.

8. Salary slips for last 6 months. if employed.

9. If Self Employed - Shop Act / MOA /Deed./ Partnership Deed

10. Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with healthy and sufficient balance.

11. Income Tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.

12. If Student - School/College ID card copy.

13. If Retired - Retirement proof/pension passbook or slips.

14. Other financial documents like FD, NSC, PPF, Shares, Property papers etc.
