Data Collection
Financial Data: Budget Slayer allows you to manually input monthly budgets and transaction logs. This data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your specific transaction history to our servers.
Game Progress: Information regarding your Arena Points, Boss Loot, and equipped Shields is stored locally to provide the gameplay experience.
In-App Purchases: Transactions are handled via the Google Play Store. We do not see or store your credit card information; we only receive confirmation of your "Apex Membership" status.
Data Usage: We use the data collected to:
Calculate your "Budget Score" and "Arena Points."
Determine Boss fight outcomes.
Provide local notifications for budget reminders.
Third-Party Services: We use Google Play Services for in-app billing. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
Your Rights: Since your data is stored locally, you can delete all information at any time by clearing the app cache or uninstalling the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Budget Slayer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Nature of Service Budget Slayer is a gamified budgeting tool and entertainment application. It is not a financial advisory service. The "Bosses" and "Combat" are metaphors for financial habits.
3. No Financial Advice The "Budget Score," "Good Choices," and "Boss Strategies" provided in the app are for motivational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your real-world financial decisions. We are not liable for any financial loss, late fees, or debt incurred while using the app.
4. Apex Membership (Subscriptions)
Subscriptions are managed via the Google Play Store.
The 15-day trial provides full access to the Coliseum. After 15 days, access is restricted unless a subscription is active.
Cancellations must be handled through your Google Play Account settings.
5. Virtual Items: "Arena Points," "Shields," "Relics," and "Boss Loot" are virtual currency/items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be traded or redeemed for cash.
6. Limitation of Liability: Budget Slayer is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that your "Defeat of a Boss" in-game will result in real-world financial success.
