Budget Invoice Maker Privacy Policy

Budget Invoice Maker is provided by Practical Pocket Apps. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information stored on your device

Business details, customers, items, invoices, estimates, payment instructions, terms and settings are stored locally on your device. Practical Pocket Apps does not operate a server that receives or stores this information.

Contacts

If you choose to import a customer from your phone contacts, the app reads only the contact you select. Selected details may be copied into the app and stored locally. Your contact list is not uploaded.

Images and files

You may select a business logo or image from your device. Selected images are stored locally and used to create documents. Invoices and estimates are generated as PDF files on your device.

Sharing and external links

The app shares a PDF or other information only when you choose a sharing option. Information you share is then handled by the selected service or recipient under their own privacy terms. Payment or review links are opened only when you choose to open them.

Purchases

Lifetime premium purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Google Play Billing. Google may process purchase and device information under Google’s privacy policy. Practical Pocket Apps does not receive your payment-card details.

Analytics and advertising

The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking or an Advertising ID. Practical Pocket Apps does not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Data deletion

You can remove locally stored app data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Exported or shared documents must be deleted separately from the receiving service or recipient.

Security

Information remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. You are responsible for securing your device and exported documents.

Children

Budget Invoice Maker is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
