BubblyCue is an AI-powered communication-support application. This Privacy Policy explains how BubblyCue accesses, processes, uses, stores, and protects information.
Depending on the features you choose, BubblyCue may process:
Text you enter into the app.
Voice transcriptions created when you use voice input.
Screen content you intentionally capture and submit for analysis.
Conversation situations, maps, practice responses, feedback, and Ready Cards created through the app.
Limited technical information required for security and operation, such as device information, app version, diagnostic information, and app-integrity signals.
Please do not submit passwords, financial information, identification numbers, medical information, or other information you do not want processed.
BubblyCue uses information to:
Analyze communication content you choose to submit.
Generate communication cues, conversation maps, practice feedback, and suggested responses.
Save and restore your progress.
Provide voice-input and screen-analysis features.
Protect the app against abuse and unauthorized access.
Diagnose errors and improve reliability.
BubblyCue provides communication guidance only. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or mental-health advice.
BubblyCue accesses screen content only after you intentionally start the screen-capture feature and approve Android’s screen-capture permission.
Captured screen content is used only to provide the analysis you request. BubblyCue’s developer does not receive, view, or store copies of your captured screens in a developer-controlled database. Captured images are not added to your saved preparations and are not used for advertising.
Screen content may be transmitted securely to Google’s AI services for temporary processing to generate the requested analysis. Google’s handling of this information is governed by its applicable terms and privacy policies.
BubblyCue does not capture your screen without your active permission. You can stop screen capture at any time using the controls provided by BubblyCue or Android.
When you choose voice input, BubblyCue requests microphone access to convert your speech into text. Audio or its transcription may be processed by Android, Google, or another speech-recognition service available on your device.
BubblyCue does not activate the microphone without your action and permission.
Content submitted for AI analysis may be transmitted securely to Google services, including Gemini and Firebase, to generate the requested results.
These service providers may process technical and submitted information according to their applicable terms and privacy policies:

Information may be processed on servers located outside your country.
BubblyCue may store conversation preparations, maps, practice feedback, Ready Cards, preferences, and progress locally on your device.
The current version does not require you to create an account. Locally stored information may be removed by deleting saved items where that option is available, clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the app.
BubblyCue does not sell personal or sensitive user information.
Information may be shared only:
With service providers required to operate features you request.
When required by law or a valid legal request.
When necessary to protect users, BubblyCue, or others against fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Locally saved information remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.
BubblyCue’s developer does not retain copies of captured screens in a developer-controlled database.
Information transmitted to service providers may be processed or retained as necessary to provide, protect, and maintain their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

BubblyCue uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transmission where supported.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
BubblyCue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has submitted personal information through BubblyCue, contact us so we can review the request.
You may:
Decline microphone or screen-capture permissions.
Stop screen capture at any time.
Avoid entering sensitive information.
Delete locally saved content.
Clear BubblyCue’s app storage.
Uninstall the app.
Some features may not function if their required permissions are declined.
We may update this Privacy Policy when BubblyCue’s features or data practices change.
