Introduction

Applicable Terms. Thank you for using Bubble Blast Go. Bubble Blast Go is an APP provided by YOUEN ADS LTD ("YOUEN ADS LTD", "we" or "us"). Your use of YOUEN ADS LTD and the applications or other digital content or services it provides (collectively, "Content") is subject to these Terms of Service ("Bubble Blast Go TOS").

By accessing and using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. In addition, when using our Services, you shall comply with any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service (TOS).

Use of the Service

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Collecting other users' contact information by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications;

• Using data scraping methods to collect data about other users from the Boom bubble: Pop crazy Service;

• Any use of the Service that is illegal or in violation of these Terms of Use;

• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service;

We may terminate your use of the Service at any time at our sole discretion.

Age Limits

To use Bubble Blast Go, you must have a valid Bubble Blast Go account and comply with the age limits below. If you are considered a minor in your country, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian to use Bubble Blast Go and accept the Terms. You must comply with any additional age limits that may apply to the use of specific content or features on Bubble Blast Go. Family Managers and Family Members must also meet these additional requirements.

User Content

The Services include the ability to submit, share and publish user content (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and the consequences of our posting or publishing such User Content. You also confirm that you have the rights, licenses, permissions and permissions to any User Content you post.

We do not guarantee confidentiality in User Content.

By submitting User Content to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, modify, display and perform all or any part of the User Content in connection with our provision of the Services.

• Impersonate another person.

We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability associated with any User Content. We may remove any Content and User Content without notice. We may also terminate your access to the Service if you are determined to be a repeat infringer.

We reserve the right to determine whether Content or User Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Use, other than to exclude copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to remove any Content without notice and to terminate offending accounts at our sole discretion.

Updates

Bubble Blast Go, related supporting libraries, or Content may require updates, for example, to fix bugs, enhance functionality, missing plugins, and update new versions (collectively, "Updates"). Such Updates may be required in order to use Bubble Blast Go or access, download, or use Content. By agreeing to these Terms and using Bubble Blast Go, you consent to automatically receive such Updates. You may manage updates to certain Content through Settings in Bubble Blast Go. However, if it is determined that an Update will fix a serious security vulnerability or serious operability issue related to the Content, or will prevent misuse, then the Update may be completed regardless of your update settings in Bubble Blast Go or on your device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, "Bubble Blast Go" shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive or special damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, or loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, for any data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses that result from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service: any conduct or User Content on the Service or any third party, including, without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; any content obtained from the Service; or unauthorized access, use or alteration of your User Content. The limitations in this paragraph apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and whether or not "Scratch Fever" or any such circumstances has been notified of the possibility of damages, even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You understand and agree that the service is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. Bubble Blast Go makes no representations or warranties of any kind about the Service and disclaims all liability and responsibility arising out of or in any way related to: the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security, or reliability of the Service The Service or any User Content The deletion or failure to store or transmit any User Content The Service and other communications services maintained by the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. Bubble Blast Go may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Bubble Blast Go has not reviewed all links and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources, or the content, products or services displayed or offered on such websites or resources. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Bubble Blast Go or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Bubble Blast Go's Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data and protect your privacy when you use Bubble Blast Go. Bubble Blast Go may need to provide your personal information (such as your name and email address) to Providers in order to process your transactions or provide you with content. Providers agree to use this information in accordance with their privacy policies.
