Service Privacy Statement
YOUEN ADS LTD and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "YOUEN ADS LTD", "we", "us" or "our") have established this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data (as such term is defined as required by applicable law) in our games, websites, applications and other services (collectively, "Services").
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, so please be sure to check it frequently. If there are any significant changes, we will notify you by posting the new Privacy Policy at the main access point of the Service or as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy.
This statement applies to all of our Services, unless a specific game or other service has a separate statement. If a separate statement is provided, that statement shall apply. In addition, our Services may link to or allow you to navigate to resources controlled by third parties. Please note that this notice does not apply to resources controlled by third parties, and the operators of these resources may collect and use your data in accordance with their own policies.
Personal Information We Collect
Personal information generally refers to information that can be used to identify you when it is used alone or in combination with other information. The definition of personal information (used interchangeably with the term “personal data” in this Privacy Policy) depends on the law that applies where you live. We collect personal information directly from you, from third parties, from business partners, or from publicly available sources.
Information you voluntarily provide to us: Personal data we collect on or through our Services may include:
your name, email address, or other contact information if you have provided it to us (for example, when creating an account on our Products or subscribing to our communications),
your age or date of birth,
online identifiers, such as your in-game alias, IP address, an account identifier we assign to you, or hardware- or operating system-based identifiers, including your advertising ID,

your approximate location (for example, country, province/state, or city) inferred from your IP address,
information about your use of the Services (for example, information about your progress or purchases in our games or other Services, your use of our accounts, your visits to our websites, or your interactions with in-game ads),
information about your interactions with our ads outside of our Services (for example, on third-party websites or applications), including information about how you were referred to our games or other Services,
crash logs or other information about bugs, errors, or other issues you experience with our Services,
inferences we make based on your activity in our Services (e.g., about content you might like),
messages or other information you send to us through our Services or related communities we manage on third-party platforms (e.g., chat messages you send to our customer service team, or messages you post to an official community group for a game),
if you choose to connect a third-party account (e.g., a social media account) to our Services, we will receive some information from the third-party account provider (e.g., account name, identifier, or email address to enable cross-device gameplay, or profile name, picture, or friend information to provide social features),
if you purchase items in our games or other Services, we will receive information from third-party payment service providers to verify those purchases (note that we do not obtain your credit card or other payment method information when you make purchases in our Services),
if you subscribe to our communications, content preferences or other information you submit to us when you subscribe to our communications,
If you participate in one of our surveys or other research, any comments, feedback, responses, or other information you provide to us as part of your participation (for example, information about your background or experience using our Games), information about the choices you make about your data (for example, any consent you may have given or withdrawn), any other information you choose to submit to us through our Services or otherwise, and, with your consent, such other information as explained to you at the time of your consent (for example, using your GPS location to provide location-based experiences).
We do not intentionally collect or process any special categories of data about you. By special categories of data, we mean genetic, biometric or health information, information revealing racial or ethnic origin, sex life or sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or industry memberships, or information about your criminal offences or convictions. Please do not provide us with this information or use the Services to make it available to others.
Why do we process your data and on what basis?
We may use your data for various purposes related to our Services. For a comprehensive overview of these purposes, click the plus sign. If you want a quick summary, we hope the following will be helpful.
When you use our Services, we process your data in ways that enable us to provide you with our Services (e.g., to save your game progress).
Your data also enables us to provide related services (e.g., account services and support), maintain our Services (e.g., by resolving issues you encounter or tweaking our games), and optimize our Services (e.g., by conducting surveys to get feedback on your use).
In addition, we may show you ads in our games or advertise our Services to you on third-party properties and may use your data to do this and make those ads relevant to you.
Sometimes, we may need to use your data for other purposes, such as for fraud prevention, auditing, or compliance purposes.
Advertising
Advertising helps fund our Services so that we can offer our free games. In our games, we will display our own ads as well as ads from third parties. We also advertise on third-party properties outside of our Services, such as websites or apps. In both cases, we and our advertising partners typically use anonymous identifiers associated with your device to select ads that are relevant to you, measure the effectiveness of ads, and for other related purposes. By using our Services, you consent to us sharing your data with our advertising partners for interest-based advertising and other related purposes, as permitted by applicable laws and regulations. You can manage your advertising preferences in our games or in the settings of your device. For more information on how we and our advertising partners use your data for advertising purposes and how you can control the use of your data for such purposes, please click the plus sign.
Mobile advertising relies on the use of certain online identifiers, specifically advertising IDs, IP addresses, and other identifiers. An "advertising ID" is typically an alphanumeric string provided by a device or its operating system. This ID is consistent between different applications installed on the same device, even if they are from different publishers. The Advertising ID is also known as the Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) on iOS devices and the Google Advertising Identifier (“GAID”) on Android devices. The same identifier may exist on other operating systems and devices.
The Advertising ID may be used for interest-based advertising and other advertising-related purposes. The ID can be used to establish an anonymous identity that persists across different apps or other resources. You can control the extent to which your Advertising ID is used for this purpose. Using the privacy settings on your device, you can generally reset and/or limit the use of your Advertising ID. For example, you can uncheck the “Allow apps to request tracking” request on iOS devices or “Opt out of interest-based ads” on Android devices. These settings are specific to each device, which means you should set them to the desired state on each of your devices separately. Our games may provide additional options for you to opt in or out of advertising-related uses of your data. You can find these options (if available) in the game settings and will be prompted to select your preference. It may take some time for your choice or any updated settings to take effect. Please note that resetting or limiting the use of the Advertising ID will not prevent you from seeing ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to you.
When you see an ad in our game, we may share your advertising ID, IP address, and information about the game and your device with our advertising partners. Our advertising partners may also collect information directly from our games through technologies such as software development kits (or SDKs). In each case, they may use your data for a variety of purposes, including limiting the number of times you see an ad or personalizing the ads you see to make them more relevant to you (for example, based on the association they make with your advertising ID and past activity).
When you see our ads outside of our services (for example, on third-party resources such as websites or applications), the advertising network involved in serving ads to you may think that you may be interested in our services based on information such as past activity associated with your advertising ID and data about user engagement with our services. Advertising networks may also use your data to:
limit the number of times you see our ads,
notify users who have previously played our games about new content, updates, or other news about those games, or to avoid showing our ads to users who have already played the game referred to in the ad.
In addition, ad networks may use advertising IDs or other identifiers to provide services, i.e., to find users who may be interested in our services because their past activities or interests are similar to other users known to the ad network to have used our services.
For ads in our games and ads outside of our services, advertising IDs or other identifiers are also used for ad measurement, which includes the collection of metrics such as the number of times an ad has been viewed, clicked, or installed. This measurement data may be collected or received directly or indirectly by parties involved in ad delivery (including us and our advertising partners), such as through technologies such as web beacons inserted into ads. It is used for purposes such as providing measurement services, detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud or deceptive behavior, or for settlement payments between parties involved in ad delivery.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like most websites today, our website may use cookies or similar technologies (e.g., local shared objects or web beacons).
A "cookie" is a small file stored by your browser at the instruction of a website. Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting ("first party cookies") or by third parties that provide content, functionality or services on the website you are visiting, such as analytics or advertising services ("third party cookies"). Cookies are typically used to recognize or "remember" your device, for example, to enable features, simplify user data measurement, improve performance or store your preferences.
When you visit our website, you may be prompted to make a choice about cookies. Some cookies may be necessary for the website to operate. These cookies will be used and stored on your device regardless of your choices about other types of cookies. You can also control the use of cookies using your browser or device settings, for example, by disabling some or all cookies or configuring your browser or device to alert you when a cookie is set. However, please note that disabling cookies may affect your use of those services.
Statistical Analysis
We may also use technologies and other third-party tools to collect information about visitor behavior and visitor demographics on our services. These technologies help us better understand how users use our digital services and continually improve and personalize our services. These technologies include:
Google Analytics (Crashlytics and Firebase). For more information about how Google uses your personal data (including for its own purposes, such as profiling or linking it to other data), please visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ You can opt out of Google's collection and processing of data generated by your use of the services by going to http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Third-Party Websites/Applications
The Services may contain links to other websites/applications, which may also reference or link to our Services. These other domains and websites are not under our control. We recommend that users read the privacy policy on every website and application with which they interact. We neither endorse, screen or approve, nor are we responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. You access these other websites or applications at your own risk.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
To provide our services, we may provide your personal data to our service providers and partners. We may also disclose your personal data to comply with legal obligations or exercise our rights.
For our business needs, we will disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients.
Other YOUEN ADS LTD registered users:
If you register for the service and submit your personal data to create a profile in our game, other registered users will see your user name. Because your user name is public, we recommend that you do not use your real name as a user identifier because it may allow others to recognize your true identity.
Service Providers:
We may share any personal data we collect about you with third-party service providers. The types of service providers with whom we host personal data include service providers that provide services, service providers that provide the information, products and other services you request, service providers that provide marketing and advertising, analytics, customer service activities, and service providers that provide IT and related services.
Business Partners:
We may share your personal data with business partners in order to provide you with the products or services you request. We may also share your personal data with business partners who jointly provide products or services with us.
Disclosure to Protect Us or Others:
We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Data, other account information, and content when we believe it is necessary or appropriate to cooperate with law enforcement or comply with national security requirements and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; to respond to your request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others; to enforce our policies or contracts; to collect amounts owed to us; when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation or prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity; or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect our interests or those of a third party.
Social Networking Services:
We may share information from your Bubble Blast Go account profile (including your Personal Data) with social networking services associated with your YOUEN ADS LTD account in order to provide you with better services. These third parties may only access your Personal Data for this purpose (unless they have lawfully received your Personal Data outside of the YOUEN ADS LTD service) and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
API/SDK:
We may use third-party APIs and software development kits ("SDKs") to support the functionality of our Services. APIs and SDKs may allow third parties, including advertising partners, to collect your personal data to provide more relevant content to you.
Advertising Partners:
We may share your personal data with third-party advertising partners. These third-party advertising partners may set up technology and other tracking tools on our Services that collect information about your activities and devices (such as your IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited, location, time). These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other services) to provide you with personalized advertising when you visit digital properties within their networks. This practice is often referred to as "interest-based advertising" or "personalized advertising."
How long do we keep your data?
We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide you with services or to comply with various legal, accounting or reporting requirements. We may periodically delete or de-identify inactive accounts or other data in our games or other services.
After the applicable retention period, we will delete or de-identify your data or, if deletion or de-identification is not possible (for example, because the data is stored on backup servers), isolate your data from further processing until it is deleted or de-identified. We may continue to use data that does not identify you (for example, aggregated data). When using such de-identified data, we will not attempt to re-identify you.
How do we keep your data secure?
We have implemented measures to safeguard your data at a level appropriate to the risk of the data processing activities described in this Notice. These measures are designed to protect your data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration, and from unauthorized disclosure or access. The specific measures we use vary, but generally include encryption during data transmission, pseudonymization of identifying data where possible, monitoring and limiting access to services or systems containing personal data, and ensuring business processes to handle any suspected security incidents. Although we make every effort to protect your data, the Internet itself is not a secure environment, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
Your Rights and Choices
Unsubscribe from Emails and Electronic Communications
If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you may opt out of receiving future emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Please note that you will continue to receive emails related to transactions for products or services that you have requested. Regardless of your preferences, we may send you some non-promotional communications related to us and our services (e.g., communications about updates to the services or this Privacy Policy).
Push Notifications and Precise Geolocation
We may send you notifications through mobile applications. You can change the settings on your mobile device at any time.
If you use our mobile applications, we may also collect information about your geolocation. You can change the settings on your mobile device to opt out of this.
Do Not Track/GPC
Do Not Track (or “DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers. However, if our Sites detect a GPC signal from your device, we will interpret it as a “do not sell” request or a request to limit the sale or sharing of personal data for targeted advertising purposes, subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising
You can stop or limit the placement of technologies on your device, or delete them, by adjusting your preferences, as permitted by your browser or device. Please note that there is no option to disable cookies on mobile applications. To make choices on a mobile device for mobile applications, you can download the DAA (Digital Advertising Alliance) AppChoices app from your device's app store. Additionally, for some devices, you can use your device's platform controls in settings to make choices (e.g., Android, iOS, etc.). You can also contact us at app@bubbleblastgo.com and we will do our best to assist with your request.
The online advertising industry also provides websites that allow you to opt out of receiving targeted ads from data partners and other advertising partners that participate in self-regulatory programs. You can learn more about targeted advertising and consumer choice and privacy by visiting the following websites: www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp, http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/, https://youradchoices.ca/choices/, and www.aboutads.info/choices/.
Please note that you must opt out separately on each browser and device. Ads on third-party websites that contain AdChoices links may be targeted to you based on information that advertising partners collect over time and across websites. These ads provide a mechanism to opt out of advertising partners using this information to serve interest-based ads.
Children's Privacy Policy
We take children's privacy and safety online very seriously. Our Services are generally not intended for children under the age of 13 (or other ages as determined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. However, we do have some games that may appeal to children.
For games that are not specifically intended for children but may still appeal to children, we take additional steps to restrict access to such services based on the user's age. In connection with such services, if a user indicates that they are under the age of 13 (or other age as determined by local law), we will restrict access to certain features, such as social media plug-ins, chat features, and certain types of notifications. For known underage users, we also limit the collection and sharing of personal data to only what is necessary to support the internal operations of our Services.
If you are a parent or guardian and have any concerns about these services, would like to review the information collected from your child, or request that that information be modified or deleted, you can contact us at app@bubbleblastgo.com. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete any personal data we have collected, unless we are legally obligated to retain it, and terminate the child's account and/or revert the account to the Minors Experience, as applicable.
Changes
We may update this statement from time to time, for example, due to changes in our operations or legal obligations that apply to us. Updates will be provided here. We may also notify you in other ways that are appropriate to the significance of the change.
