What If...? is an animated anthology series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe multiverse. Each episode explores an alternate timeline by asking a single “what if” question—like what if a different hero made a key choice or event changed outcome.

These stories reimagine familiar characters and events in unexpected ways, ranging from heroic twists to darker, sometimes tragic outcomes. The episodes are loosely connected by the Watcher, a cosmic being who observes, and occasionally intervenes in, these alternate realities.
