Father Stu tells the true story of Stuart Long, a rough-edged, foul-mouthed amateur boxer from Montana whose life takes an unexpected turn after a career-ending injury. Restless and searching for purpose, Stu moves to Los Angeles, where a near-fatal motorcycle accident becomes a pivotal moment that pushes him toward faith and a calling he never saw coming.
