BocconiTV is a student association creating content regarding Bocconi University. It is the only official WebTV part of Bocconi University's Student Media Center.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
The writing division is the one from which the entire creative process of Bocconi TV starts. In fact, you will be called upon to write scripts for short films, long films, contents and interviews; basically, the members of this area must be able to present ideas, projects and new formats, always taking into account the target audience and therefore focusing on what could be most appreciated. Furthermore, BTV writers will be the protagonists of the content that they will create themselves, so be prepared to be in front of the camera!
YOUR DUTIES
Content creation and writing
Focus on topics that can attract our Bocconi audience and create content based on them
Staying in front of the camera (conducting interviews, hosting formats, being the special envoy to events, being the protagonist of a video regarding a certain topic, …)
REQUIREMENTS
Motivation: we would like our team to be represented by motivated people who, driven by their desire to do, work hard to achieve their personal goals and those of the association.
Consistency: to ensure that BTV presents the public with consistent content that is published on a regular basis, it is necessary to demonstrate the ability to consistently offer cues useful for the design of projects, be present and available for your co-workers so that the large BTV assembly line can function.
Participation: every member of BTV is an integral part of the creative process, therefore everyone is equally required to contribute to the system and cooperate with other group members.
NICE TO HAVES
Creativity: it is a feature that every member within BTV should demonstrate that they possess, as a spark, impulse, stimulus from which original ideas are born, which remain imprinted for years in the minds of those who enjoy our content.
WHAT YOU GET FROM US
You are probably thinking "What a great responsibility!". Yes, being a BTV Writer requires a lot of effort, but it gives enormous satisfaction, along with great opportunities to enrich your experience. You will be able to participate in iconic events such as the Sanremo Film Festival and the Venice Film Festival, and to work firsthand on the ideation of the contents related to them. Remember: the writing directors will always be at your disposal, curious to listen to your proposals and ready to direct you towards the path that can best lead you to the realization of your projects. For us, teamwork is the basis of our activity. We are sure that, by combining the personalities and strengths that each of us has, we will be able to achieve numerous goals and above all to best represent the Bocconi community.

As part of the production team, you will manage the production of media content. You'll be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and continuous learning while working on a variety of exciting projects.

Video and photo editing: help fellow members from other areas in the editing of their content
Oversee the filming and photography of a project you're assigned to

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
As the Events division of BocconiTV, we are completely responsible for the planning and execution of Bocconi TV's signature events, hosted right here at our university. Every year, our goal is to bring in guests from all sorts of industries, with inspiring stories that can broaden our horizons, motivate us, and guide us toward the future. There are no limits: in the past, we’ve had actors, chefs, athletes, producers, and entrepreneurs, all united by one key factor: they each had an amazing story to tell.
YOUR DUTIES
Coming up with the concept (What topics do we want to explore? What are students curious about?)
Reaching out to contacts and inviting the guests we'd like to involve (emails to agents, managers, agencies...)
Setting the time and space, aligning the needs of the University, students and guests
Effectively communicating what the event is all about (in close collaboration with Marketing)
Setting up and running the actual event
REQUIREMENTS
Be Proactive: Come up with creative ideas for future events.
Be Available: Especially when communicating with guests or their managers—timely responses are crucial.
Get Involved: Participate not just in the planning of events but also in the events themselves.
Networking Skills: Be able to find and reach out to hard-to-contact individuals, whether they're famous or just relevant to the event. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites to connect with potential guests.
Professionalism: When interacting with guests, maintain a level of professionalism and authority. Remember, as part of Bocconi University’s Media Centre, our events uphold a standard of seriousness and respectability.
Speak Up: Most importantly, feel free to share your ideas! The worst that can happen is hearing a “no,” so don’t hold back.

Having connections with high-profile or interesting individuals that could be invited to future events is a bonus.
