The Big Sky VolleyFest Players' Clinic will be accepting registrations in March, 2020

Due to the popularity of this event, we have made arrangements to accept registration and payment online. Please follow this link to register. You will receive and email after registering. You may pay by sending a check to the address below, pay at the door or pay online using the directions in the confirmation email (after registering).

  • The Player Clinic is on Friday, May 3th at the Metra EXPO Center.
  • U12 clinic is from 5:00 to 7:00pm
  • U14-U18 clinic is 5:00-8:00pm.
  • NSR recruiting seminar from 7:00-8:00pm.
  • Cost for the clinic is $40

The Director of the Players Clinic is Laurie Kelly.

Coach Laurie Kelly recently finished her 40th season coaching and retired this past year. Kelly finished her 12th season as the head coach of the Battlin’ Bears. She led the team to six NAIA National Championship Tournament appearances in the last nine years. She was selected NAIA Coach of the year in 2014 and 2018. She was also selected 2014 Northwest Region Coach of the year.

Kelly coached 15 All-Americans at Rocky Mountain College and three Frontier Conference players of the year. She had 4 Frontier Conference championships and won four Frontier conference Tournaments.

Kelly was the head volleyball coach at Roundup High School for 19 years, compiling a 456-167. Laurie has been the MCA Coach of the Year five times, and won five Class B State Volleyball Championships at Roundup. She was inducted into the Montana Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2005. She is in the Hall of Fame at Bemidji State University as a field hockey player and in her high school Hall of Fame as an athlete and educator.

Coach Sarah Irigoin - Assistant coach at Rocky Mountain College 8 years. Played all 4 years at Rocky.

Kandice Gregorak - 4 year starter for Montana State U. Assistant coach at U of Montana , Head VB coach at North Idaho College. Gatorade player of the year

Kamber Kelly - 4 year starter at Montana State. Gatorade player of the year

This year we are excited to add Coach Robert Cagle and his team to our event. Coach Cagle is the Vice President of National Scouting Report (NSR). He will be offering a free one hour recruiting seminar for parents during the Players' Clinic from 7:00-8:00pm. He and his team will be around all day Saturday to do metrics for FREE for all players interested. The NSR team will also be free to visit with families and offer their insight into being recruited to play at the collegiate level.
