⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
BSBE equipments must be booked only by trained users and only using LDAP credentials.
Non-BSBE users must first send an email to bsbe.external@bio.iitb.ac.in for booking equipment in BSBE.
Room 101 (MSc Lab) and 205 (MTech Lab) are open from 10 AM to 6 PM and usage of all equipment listed in these rooms are restricted to these timings.
Check the Booking Calendar below for available slots prior to booking any equipment.
Bookings made using non-LDAP information is not valid and will not be accepted into the booking calendar.
Confirmation email for bookings/cancellation will be sent to the LDAP ID and the booking will be visible in the calendar.
To cancel a booking, a cancellation form must be filled and submitted minimum 2 hours before the slot start time.
Please use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge to complete your booking. For fields with a dropdown menu, select an option from the list instead of typing manually.
You will receive an email within 60 sec confirming approval or rejection.
