A great time was had by all that attended Troop 810's annual leadership training course. On Friday night we played games and relaxed with popcorn to snack on. Saturday morning began with a filling breakfast followed by flag raising in front of the cabin. Scouts that attended NYLT along with adult leaders served as instructors for the course. Each module was well presented and the group even had some fun with the exercises. In the afternoon we had Pizza and Salad for lunch, Yum! After lunch we performed a service project for the nuns at the Monastery. One group did a little yard work and others cleaned up the garage floor. When the project was done we worked on the last module together. Supper followed with free-time afterward. In the evening we watched a movie and before long it was time for bed. Morning came and we packed up our gear and headed home after a successful weekend. The session was conducted by Allen, Mr. Dzurnak, and Mr. Makowski. Participating in training were Abid, Doug, Erich, Greg, Ian, John, Michael, Nick, Raymond, Mr. Finn and Mr. Boblick.
