Summer Camp

June 16-22, 2002

Muskingum Valley Scout Reservation

Coshocton, Ohio

A fun-filled and productive time was had by all who attended summer camp this year. The days were busy with advancment and merit badge work. The evenings with plenty of campwide activities. The dining hall served up great food and no one went away hungry. One of the highlights of the trip was the Woodlands Challenge (campwide games) with The Crows patrol coming away with first place overall. The King Cobras patrol won third place in the patrol flag competition. A large number of the troop went through the Netami program where they learned and passed multiple requirements for Tenderfoot and Second Class ranks. They also were able to experience first hand each of the program areas at camp. Older scouts earned plenty of merit badges toward advancement. There was a full house at Family night with dinner, campfire skits, and songs. Scouts and leaders that found there way to summer camp included Alex, David, Eric F., Eric U., Jared, Joey J., Joey P., Justin, Kyle K., Kyle S., Kyle T., Philip, Rob, Ryan, Mr. Makowski, Mr. See, Mr. Svihlik, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Ulintz.
